Potato Salad with sour cream and dill
Step by step guide for you guys to prepare for yourself and your family on your own
Ingredients for 5 people:
1kg potato ball
1 finely chopped red onion
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 cup fresh cream
juice of 1 tahiti lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of finely chopped dill
chopped chives to finish
Procedures to prepare it:
Wash the potatoes, place in a pan, cover with cold water and cook for approximately 25 minutes or until the potato is firm but cooked by the touch of a fork. Drain, place under cold water to stop cooking. Peeling the potatoes and cutting the largest ones is half way to being uniformly sized. Place in a bowl and set aside. Sprinkle a pan with oil and place the finely chopped onion. Stir for a minute and add the sugar. Stir for another 5 minutes until it begins to brown. Sprinkle with the vinegar and let it simmer until the vinegar completely evaporates. Remove from heat and set aside.
Beat the fresh cream (to beat, remember that it has to be cold) to the whipped cream. Stop beating, add lemon juice and salt. Stir. Mix everything: potatoes (cold), onion (cold), dill and sour cream. Take the refrigerator and sprinkle with chives when serving. I served it with a white sausage from the brand nearby my house. I cooked the sausage in boiling water for 3 minutes, removed it from the water, removed the skin from the sausage, cut it in half lengthwise and fried in oil until golden. Serve with mustard and rocket salad. A delight. So by the end of this tutorial i hope that you guys learned all the steps and now you are prepared to make it on your own with the help of the tutorial. I hope the outcome will be fruitful and will be delicious and tasty for you.
Herb gnocchi with lemon sauce
Step by step guide for you guys to prepare for yourself and your family on your own.
Ingredients for 6 people:
6 salmon slices
2kg asterix potatoes (pink peel)
G 330g wheat flour
wheat flour for sprinkling the countertop
140g fine grated Parmesan cheese
2 whole eggs + 1 yolk
1 tablespoon of each chopped herb: parsley, mint and basil
salt to taste
chopped chives to finish
Procedures to prepare it:
Roast the potatoes in a preheated oven at 180C for 1 hr and a half WITHOUT covering the foil. (If your potatoes are medium / small, bake 1 hour). The peel will be rough after this time. Cut the hot potatoes in half and with a spoon remove all the meat from the potato and place in a bowl. Mix the rest of the ingredients in the bowl: Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, herbs and gradually add the wheat flour and stirring with your hands until it becomes a homogeneous dough. Sprinkle the wheat flour counter and open rolls. Cut the rolls diagonally into 2cm pieces. Heat a pan with water and prepare a bowl of water with ice to give a thermal shock. Place a strainer over the cold water.
Gradually place the gnocchi in the boiling water and as soon as they rise to the surface, remove and place in the cold water. Drain the water and put the watering part in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil so that the gnocchi do not stick together. When serving, heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and place the gnocchi. Stir the pan to heat evenly. (Another option is to heat the gnocchi directly in the sauce pan). Heat a frying pan with oil. Add salt and pepper freshly to the salmon slices and fry on both sides (approx 3 minutes on each side to the point). Serve the gnocchi drizzled with the sauce and sprinkled with chopped chives with a side of salmon on the side. I will be making more food recipe so that it will be helpful for you all.
