Reason for Manchester united poor defense
You know why Manchester United so poor defensively? They've got no assistant coaches for their defenders to improve, No Sets-piece coaches, No tactical analysis coaches, No coaches for individual players improvements as well. Oléeis doing all by himself with his assistants who knows nothing about those departments. For a Big Club like Man Utd it is just ridiculous they don't have these coaches to improve the whole team. Ole is a manger and not a coach for individual players' improvement. Just recently, Arsenal added these kinds of coaches in their coaching departments. What is their club really doing? Ole can't be teaching defenders how to defend, midfielders how to create or attacks how to score goals altogether even with Mike Phelan, Carrack, and Neville at disposal. The Club needs more coaching staff in addition to the goalkeeper's coaches they have. Come on, it's the 21st Century, what's with these traditional things still happening in the club. Look how they still don't even have a Sporting Director to take care of the football aspects of the club.
Arsenal are interested in Felipe Anderson
Very odd rumor, and not sure how much substance there is to it. Certainly a quality player on his day who would add creativity to our lackluster side, but there are question marks over his consistency. Could be used in a central role, which may get a lot more out of him, particularly with our large range of options out wide. I'd personally just be worried about this potentially halting the growth of many of our younger players, with the likes of Martinelli, Saka, and Nelson potentially receiving less game time because of this potential deal.
But what people tend to forget is that he’ll be working with Arteta, and a host of the young coaching staff that could possibly bring out the very best in him. Sometimes players need to go to bigger clubs to unleash their inner qualities. Just being optimistic. He’s a baller and already has PL experience so I would take him. We need a squad depth to compete anyway.
