Ingredients for 30cm or 27cm diameter x 5cm height form:
675g of grated raw cassava (thick drain)
150g fresh grated coconut (from fair)
150g grated standard Minas cheese (thick drain)
460g sugar
300g melted unsalted butter
1 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder Royal
4 large eggs
Syrup:
30g of sugar
50ml of water
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Procedures to prepare it:
Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar the form to be used. Mix all the ingredients of the cheese and put it in the prepared pan. Bake at 180C degrees. When it starts to brown (approximately 45 minutes), make the syrup by placing the sugar, water and vanilla in the pan and leave on low heat until it is at the wire point (when the wire flows from the spoon evenly). Cover the hot cheese with the syrup and return to the oven for another 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and wait for it to warm up to disinform. Ingredients for 12 people:
2kg desalted cod already thawed
1/2 diced red pepper
200g (1 can) chickpeas already cooked
500g red cherry tomatoes cut in half lengthwise
chopped parsley
20 Portuguese black olives
salt and pepper
olive oil
Procedures to prepare it:
Place the olives to bake at 180C for 30 minutes. After they cool, grate the olives on the thin drain. Reserve. Cook the cod in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and shred in large chips. Reserve. Cut the pepper into cubes. Cut the tomatoes in half. Reserve. Assemble the salad by placing the cod in a large bowl. Add chickpeas, peppers, tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Add the chopped parsley and mix well. Refrigerate. When serving, stir well and sprinkle with grated olives and more parsley. Sprinkle with extra olive oil and serve.

Ingredients for 25 or 27cm form:
200g sugar (p caramelize the shape)
8 dwarf bananas cut in half lengthwise
Pasta:
200g unsalted butter
1 cup of sugar
210g wheat flour
1/2 cup ground walnuts (beat in blender)
2 tablespoons Royal baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of cachaça
pinch salt
Passion Fruit Syrup:
4 passion fruit, 2 tablespoons sugar
Procedures to prepare it:
Place 200g of sugar in the pan and bring to the fire until dissolved. Spread the bottom and sides of the pan with a wooden spoon. Cut the bananas in half and place them in the caramel with the cut side down covering the entire bottom. Reserve. Beat the butter with sugar until fluffy and whitish in the mixer. Add the eggs one at a time, beating constantly. Add the drip. Decrease the speed of the mixer and add the dry ones (flour, nuts, yeast, cinnamon and salt) and beat only until smooth.
Place this dough on top of the bananas and place in a preheated oven at 180C for 45 minutes. When you leave the oven, put a knife on the side of the pan and place the pan in the stove to make the caramel melt and loosen easier. Make the syrup by beating the passion fruit with sugar in the blender, strain and take to the fire for 5 minutes. The moment you deformed the cake, sprinkle with the syrup and serve😋
