Service is the work, facility or satisfaction that is able to meet the needs of the customers. And, for the purpose of earning money, doctors, lawyers, engineers, etc., who are engaged in independent professions, do various services in return for money. And all these services or scholarships are called direct services. Presenting such work or facility for sale for the purpose of making profit is undoubtedly an important part of business. It cannot be defined as the way in which the product is sold and the ownership is transferred. In this case, customer service is beneficial, satisfied or satisfied. Like the product he cannot sell it elsewhere or transfer ownership.

Direct service features:

Just as there are some features of the product, there are also some features of the direct service business. The features are discussed below:

1. Function or facility: Direct service is any work, facility or satisfaction that its seller presents to the buyers for sale. In order to provide such facilities or work, the seller has to procure all the materials of the business including capital. A clinic, an attorney firm, an audit firm, a cinema hall, a bus company, a repair factory, a laundress, a carpenter - all sell jobs, benefits or satisfaction. Basically trying to make a profit.

2. Untouchable nature: The service can be felt or the need is met by it. The customer is satisfied. But before the purchase, there is less opportunity to touch and see its taste, benefits, satisfaction etc. Going to Tokane, a student bought a notebook and a pen and took it home and showed it to his mother. It is the product and the visible object. But he came home in a rickshaw after spending 20 rupees. There are advantages in this - but it is impossible for the student to present this system in a tangible or visual way.

3. Ownership not transferable:

Since the service is not a tangible and real thing, there is no question of transferring ownership. A person went to a massaging center (where body or body massage is done) and came with 300 rupees for the service. In this case, the skills and qualifications of the staff of the center were not sold. That means he will pass on his skills and services to other customers. Which is different from him. Again, the person who took the service has his peace, but he will not be able to sell his peace to others.

4. Not storageable:

Services are not stockpile, that is, the question of consumption arises whenever the service is produced. In other words, the service needs to be generated only when the consumer comes to enjoy. A well-known artist will sing so tickets are sold. He wants to enjoy the song in his body, he has to be there during the song. The staff at the beauty parlor is sitting with all the arrangements. Whenever a girl leaves, the question of providing service comes up.

5. Nearby customer organization:

Products can be produced far away from the center of consumption but it is not possible during service. So the service centers are built next to the customers. Vehicle repair centers are seen to be built in or around the bus stand. Expensive hotels near the airport and low-cost hotels near the railway station were built for this reason. Banks and insurance companies were formed in the business center for this reason.

Classification of direct services:

The service sector is the most advanced business in the world. With the exception of agriculturally dependent third world countries, the service sector is the largest source of employment for developed countries. As people's income increases, people are attracted to different services. New services are being added to the business. So it is difficult to classify the various religious services. Industry and trade related services include business. Banks, insurance, transportation, warehousing, advertising, etc. Apart from this, we can see different types of direct service providers in the Amarat community. The following are some of the direct services:

1. Education Services:

Education service is a big direct service sector in any country. In Pratipa village mahalla now KG school, coaching center etc. are important service providing institutions.

2. Healthcare:

Like education, the health sector is also an important part of the service sector. Pharmaceutical companies include the industrial sector and pharmaceutical companies include the commercial sector.

3. Professional services:

The services provided by different professionals are called professional services.

4. Customer service:

The services that the consumer receives directly are called consumer services.
