Uses of lemon peel in skin care...
1. Body scrub that brightens the skin
Make a paste of a handful of lemon peel. Then mix the paste well with 1-2 cups of sugar. Then mix a few drops of olive oil considering your skin type. The paste made for dry skin should be made with more oil than oily skin. After making the mixture, gently rub it on the wet skin. Now you wash your face with clean water. Using this scrub will make your skin look brighter and bring dead skin cells back to life. This lemon peel scrub will also help soften your dry elbows. Once a week you can apply lemon peel scrub.
2. Used as a face mask
Mix one pinch of lemon peel powder with 2 tablespoons of rice powder. Now make a thick paste with cold milk in this mixture. Apply this paste evenly on the wet skin of your face to revive the dead skin cells. Leave it on the face for 15 minutes. Then rinse your face thoroughly with clean water. This face pack of lemon peel will invigorate your skin cells.
3. Treatment of foot fractures
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Then make a paste like a mixture with petroleum jelly in this powder. Now apply this paste on your cracked feet. Then put socks on your feet and leave the paste on for a few hours. The skin on your feet will look soft and healthy after washing your feet.
4. Treatment of feet to prevent fungal infections
Boil three cups of lemon peel with 7 to 8 cups of water for half an hour. Strain the boiled water into a pot. Mix milk or olive oil in this liquid. Now soak your feet in this mixture for at least 30 minutes. Then, wash your feet with water and use a moisturizer. Dipping the feet in lemon peel water as a rule will help keep the infection away.
To keep nails white
Do you suffer from nail fading? Paste a handful of lemon peel. Use this mixture on your faded nails and leave for a few minutes. Afterwards, rinse with water. This type of care will help your nails get back to normal color.
