Hey guys I'm back again and in this articles I'm gonna share the remaining tips.
Make the Habit irresistible
What I want to convey is that think of all the things that can be possible by learning a certain habit. For example, If you want to make exercising daily a habit then the possibilities are
1) Your mental health will be good
2) Improvement in your physique
3) You will be more active
Optional: You may lose weight / Gain muscle (if this is also you goal)
4) You have to reduce time for some other activity in your daily life or make some time for this at all costs.
So if you think all these are good for you then why not make exercising regularly a habit
Family and Friends
This part is also crucial as you spend your days with them they are also effective in shaping your habits. So consider this one while you make habits
Losing bad habits:
The way you walk the path
I want to tell you that while making an activity as you habit make sure you move forward even you are moving at a slow pace but never backward. This can be mostly understood by people who are following No Fap. Once you relapse you are back to square one. So "Move forward, But never backward"
I want to remind you again that losing bad habits is not easy. It's the reason why we call them bad habits. Think rationally.
Why do you do it?
Does it help you achieve something in your life?
The reason why performing bad habits feel satisfying is the amount of dopamine outweighs the dopamine effect of the remaining habits.(It's just a little science knowledge) Since now you know the reason why you are addicted to your bad habits. Stop it !!
