Bridal Shower
February 11th 2022.
Tomorrow is my friend's wedding, and we the ladies are gathered for a send forth shower. As we prepare to celebrate her big day, we're also taking a moment to reflect on the journey that brought her here.
It's been such a joy to watch her tell us about her relationship, and we can't wait to see what the future holds for her. We're so grateful for the time we've gotten to spend with her, and we know that the best is yet to come.
The traditional purpose of a bridal shower is to give the bride gifts of household items that she will need for her new home.
A bridal shower is a party that is often thrown by the bride's family and close friends in preparation for the wedding day.
It is a chance for the bride to receive gifts of household items, lingerie, and other practical items that she will need for her new home. The party is usually held about a month before the wedding, and often includes a bridal registry so that guests can buy the bride gifts that she will need.
I'm excited to celebrate my friend and to help her get ready for her big day, but I'm also a little nervous. I don't want to say or do the wrong thing because I seem to be the odd one out of them all, the other ladies are her childhood friend whom they attend the same church as well as institution.
Hopefully, I'll be able to mingle with the other guests and have some fun, we are yet to start as the bride is making her hair.
As we prepare to say goodbye for now, we want to wish her all the happiness in the world. May she always have love in her life, and may she always be surrounded by good friends where she's going.
Thank you my wonderful sponsor. God bless you all.
The typical shower has a few games, some food, and of course lots of presents for the bride. It's a fun way for the bride's loved ones to get together and celebrate her upcoming marriage.
Tomorrow is the D-Day, she will no longer be single but married, and we the ladies are gathering for a send-forth shower. As we celebrate her new chapter in life, we're also reminded of all the wonderful memories we've shared together.
As bridesmaids, it's our job to make sure the bride has everything she needs to start married life off on the right foot. That means plenty of pampering and celebrating! Tomorrow we'll be gathering to celebrate our friend and send her off on her new journey. We'll have games, laughs, and of course, lots of delicious food.
Planning a shower can be a lot of fun, but it can also be a lot of work. If you're not sure where to start, don't worry - we've got you covered. Here are a few tips to help make your shower as special as possible.
First, choose a date and time that works for everyone. Next, decide on the theme and decorations. Will it be a garden party? A rustic brunch? Once you have those details nailed down, it's time to start thinking about the guest list.
At a typical bridal shower, the host will set up a few games for the guests to play, and there will be refreshments and snacks served. The bride may also open her gifts at the shower, or she may save them for later.
If you're attending a bridal shower, it's customary to bring a gift for the bride. You could choose something that she can use for her wedding day, like a special piece of jewelry or a new outfit, or something that she can use in her home after she's married. Whatever you choose, make sure it's something the bride will appreciate and be able to use.
I got there early and ordered for meal at the hotel, it wasn't what I bargained for but do I have choice?
II wihs you friend a happy married life. May hers be among the best.
