In this era everyone is short tempered due to many reasons. Some have domestic issues, some have financial and many other issues we don't know. But we know our own issues and from here we can conclude everyone has such issues that no one knows except him or Allah Almighty.The best way to control anger is remaining healthy a healthy body and healthy mind makes you relax. And a healthy body and mind can be achievable by Good Diet and exercise. Exercise of both Mind and body.Mind exercise is thinking, researching, as much you use your mind it becomes more strong, stronger and stronger.While in body exercise you can do cardio exercises (running, jumping, cycling, bur pees and many other), strengthening exercises (weight lifting, push ups of many types, chin ups, squats etc) Yoga (specially breathing exercise). All made you stronger and calm. And I will advise everyone to do all types and put exercise in your daily routine. As less fat you have as you are prevented from Hypertension, High Blood Pressure and Diabetes. And you can eat anything which makes you happy.
