One evening, the son decided to take his father, a man of late years, to a restaurant for dinner ... My father was an old and already rather weak man. While he was having dinner with his son, food fell on his shirt and pants. The other guests present in the restaurant looked at him with disgust while his son was completely calm.
When he finished dinner, the son, who was not at all ashamed, quietly took his father to the restrooms of the restaurant, cleaned up the leftovers with his clothes, arranged his hair and glasses. When they returned to the restaurant, they were watched in dead silence by the entire restaurant of the guests, who could not understand how their son could be so embarrassed in front of the public. The son paid the bill and they both slowly left the restaurant. Then the older man, who was having dinner, suddenly exclaimed and asked his son:
"Don't you think you've 'forgotten' something?" The son turned and replied firmly, "No, sir, I did not!" The older man replied:
"YES,YOU ARE!YOU HAVE LEFT A LESSON FOR ALL SONS AND HOPE FOR EVERY FATHER! "
There was a sudden silence in the restaurant!
A glimpse from the life of a father and son can move many a parent who “has no such luck” with their child. If only there were as many such children as possible! Some children show little love for their parents.
