How to manifest according to psychologists?

Ask yourself, "How do I imagine I will feel when I create or receive what I want? Why is it important for me to experience these feelings? What can I do today to create this experience in the future?" These questions can be a valuable way to break the attachment to certain material things and expand your ability to change your experience right now.


The key is consistency The key to a healthy manifestation is understanding what the manifestation is, the consistency of your approach to it, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to experience what you want. Closing your eyes and wanting to do that won’t be enough. If you take action - ask for what you want, change your thoughts and strive for it - you are on the right path to manifestation. Remember to actively value yourself in your work in achieving your goals - no matter the outcome.


An example of manifesting money

The process of manifesting money follows the same steps I mentioned earlier. The financial event is based on gratitude - well, and work. The trick to manifesting money is to look at the abundance you already have and express gratitude for it. If you are constantly burdened with paying bills and surviving from month to month, first find at least one thing that represents abundance to you.
Raise the vibration and block all limiting beliefs by welcoming the money and prosperity that are on the way. In short, focus on what you have, not on what you don’t have. I also suggest using visual tools to make you more driven and collected. Buy a bigger purse, visualize swimming in a cash pool, make a tree out of monopoly money until you replace it with real money, or write yourself a big check because you know you’ll really cash it in one day.

I believe we have the ability to manifest. I believe this has happened in many aspects of my life. Consciously or unconsciously, positively or negatively, I think we are already doing this, willingly or unwillingly. We can do this consciously. This is possible.
