We all sometimes get stuck in something that hinders us, and sometimes we don’t even find the right motivation to start working on the change we desperately need. how to really fall in love and attract the good things into life? Put yourself first today!


1. Your priority is you What is most important to you on this planet? Did your parents, friends, partner and job come to mind? Wrong!
How you experience the world and yourself is the first thing to consider. If you are always paying attention to other people and things instead of yourself, then it is high time to concentrate on yourself and your own desires.
The more intensely you get to know each other (and don't judge yourself), the more you will understand each other and the easier it will be to know what you really need and strive for it! Start observing what you like about yourself - what qualities you are proud of… pay more attention to them than those that put you in a bad mood and cultivate love for yourself every day… step by step. You will be strong if you perceive yourself that way!


2. I like to treat my body and soul nicely! If you love yourself, then: -Allow yourself enough sleep -Eat healthy and regularly -Take time for activities that make you happy -You relax your body and mind with sports activities -You are grateful -You are playful -Avoid toxic relationships -You are actively working on personal growth -You meditate


3. Accepting yourself in all shades We all have a dark side. There is no point in running away from her. Once we accept it, we can begin to build on change. If you feel anger or jealousy, take your time and take those emotions under the microscope. Why do you have them? What can you do about them? Don't be ashamed.


4. Find a way to reopen your heart If you are burdened by childhood trauma, then it would be a good idea to seek appropriate help to deal with it and resolve it. No one and nothing is worth hiding your feelings and preventing yourself from attaching to a new, positive personal that can make your life even more beautiful.
But before you are ready to accept and give love to others, you must give it to yourself.


5. Share your gifts Everyone has bits of personality that inspire and make happy both themselves and others. Think about what you are good at, what you are special at… and nurture it. Need a hint? -Sense of humor, -empathy, -willingness to help ingenuity, -creativity, -... and we could go on and on. But from here on out, it’s your job.


6. Thoughts are just thoughts Among the 65,000 thoughts that go around us in a single day, about 70% are negative, experts measured. Don’t let bad thoughts shape your personality or ruin your day. There are many techniques to help you know how to differentiate between wastes. Positive affirmations for self-esteem can also help you train your mind.


7. What do you really want? What is your mission? An extremely important step on the path to self-love is to consider the desires of our soul. Consider the following: What did you dream about as a child? If we didn’t have a job and could do anything - what would we collect? What makes you so busy and excited that you forget about the world around you? Who do you like to hang out with and what do you like to talk about the most?

8. What things and which people fill you with optimism, joy, zeal? Make a list and read it every morning before you get out of bed. In doing so, focus on the gratitude you feel. When we are grateful, we are loving. And that kindness only increases with regular practice.


9. Leave your comfort zone! Enough procrastination: if you want change, you will need to be in action. You can start with small steps, write on a piece of paper things that fill you with a slight sense of fear. And then tackle them… slowly but steadily. You will see what you are capable of and this will fill you with new self-respect and new strength to achieve everything you want.


10. Thorns on the way to the stars are a necessary evil As you progress personally, there will certainly be those who don’t understand it, can’t or don’t want to do it for themselves… and try to cut your wings. Don't let them! You are on this path for your own sake and it is worth nothing to stop living for yourself.


11. Regular physical activity helps … Helps you maintain a sober mind and relieve the body of all accumulated stress. Find a sport or exercise that you enjoy, and so you will catch two flies at once: your fitness and appearance will improve, and at the same time you will be proud of new achievements.


12. Surround yourself with people who support you They say our personality is made up of the 5 people we spend the most time with. So: if you’re in a circle of nerds and sloths, it just takes away your energy. Find like-minded people, read books that motivate you, watch a video of a personal coach… anything, just to keep the positive energy that will propel you forward!


13. Consistency is beautiful chastity! If you set a goal, make it happen. You won’t feel good if you procrastinate… but for every success, treat yourself to a reward: a walk, a favorite song, ice cream on a sunny day…. Be proud of every moment when you have managed to defend yourself against the negativism of your surroundings.
