A blessed Sunday my lovelies! It's hot in my area right now, and I feel thankful that even if we are in Mindanao we didn't experience what Typhoon Paeng brought as it continues to hit different places. It's heartbreaking to read the news about how typhoons took life. PAG-ASA stated before that there are still 7 typhoons to come before this year ends but look how strong it is, how about the next catastrophe? I hope it didn't happen, how I wish PAG-ASA would wrongly conclude about it, hopefully. I saw a video post on TikTok about the house that was washed away by the strong flood that ended up at the bridge. A lot of people saw it personally but can't do anything about it. It's sad to know how painful many kababayan are experiencing right now. Typhoon Paeng is not a joke anymore, it took countless lives that keep on increasing every single day. Animals that help for their living were also found dead, different properties are now damaged. I can't explain how difficult the situation is.
Praying for Mindanaoan
If you are not doing anything right now, just hug your loved ones, show how much you love them and treasure every moment. We don't know what will come next, we don't know how life will end and we don't know anything about it. As long as we have time to do what's needed to do, then why not? Typhoon Paeng made me realize that life is really short, things will happen unexpectedly, no matter how much we pray or wish that day won't come, it will co'z it's already written. There is a lot of pain, trials and difficulties will come our way, it's endless that even if we hardly believe it won't happen, again it will. Reality is painful and we know that, no matter how much we deny it, no matter how much we ignore it, this is it and we can't escape reality. I just wonder if only we could live inside our dreams, where unending happiness is found, where dreams all come true and where problems don't exist. There might be no challenge at all but how I wish, I mean after all what we only want is pure happiness, who would have wished something terrible to happen right? Ang saya siguro if we can live those dreams, where we can escape this cruel and unfair world. But yah! it's just a dream and it won't happen, not unless we have magic to do so ahahahah. Pero to be honest, if only I could, I'll surely stay there forever.
Furthermore, let's go back to reality, I also noticed that when Mindanao experienced this kind of problems, the media were kinda quiet about it even those different vloggers didn't talk about it. I'm not anti media or what, I'm telling what I really notice. Yes they released news, but it's different from what they do when Visayas or Luzon experience typhoons. All of the news is about it, but right now nah! Biased indeed. Nakakainis lang yung media and biased kasi mas priority nila yung Manila keso nasa Manila sila, keso ganito ganyan. To be honest, isang taong content creator palang yung nakita kong nag post and nag reready to help the Mindanao and that is MEIKO MONTEFALCO. Anyway, if you have anything that could help them please don't hesitate to share. Clothes that you might not use anymore, medicine kit, flashlight, food or any as long as it's given wholeheartedly. If you are planning to donate money, you can give it to the local government or any way to share your blessings. Hopefully, na matapos na ang bagyo, it already took many lives.
