  • Peel the oranges and removes the white layers from the segments

  • Add a table spoon of sugar or lemon juice(depending on what you want)

  • Put the mix in a blender and make sure it's set to medium

  • Set a strainer over a bowl and pour the blended mix. It's best you use a mesh strainer. Use a spoon to help remove liquid juice from the mesh.

  • Once done, dispose of the mesh as it will taste bitter.

  • Pour your orange juice into a glass cup and enjoy with a friend or loved one.
