Do you think fire is bad or good?

Maybe it depends.For example, one night you are camping in the forest and the weather is very cold. You need to set and make fire to keep warm. The fire is good, but if you let it ignite it so big and uncontrolled, that fire will spread and the forest will burn.

The same as when it comes to your emotions. When you control it, it can help you make good friends,good deeds and better life. But when you do not control your emotions, it can harm you, as well as the people around you. Now that you are an adult, sometimes you can not control your anger or you can be overwhelmed by sadness.

But how you can control these feeling and emotions?...

Control Anger.

  • It really hurts when you are treated badly. There are even some people, who do not control themselves and cause pain. It should not be ignored. When you caught up with anger, you can do things that you will regret later. Think carefully about what would happen,

  • Do not be emotional. Skip it and be patient if you can.Remember if when the harm is reciprocated by the harm, the problem will only get worse.

  • If you are annoyed, just show kindness even if it is difficult to do so. Remember that although you cannot change what happened, you can control how it reacts. Do not let others control your thoughts and feelings, you better control it.

Control Sadness and Grief.

  • Do you sometimes fall asleep in tears, or do you think that you are not happy in your life. Many young people are overwhelmed by lots of problems in life. Especially in youth who are experiencing physical and emotional changes.

  • And you think there is nothing you have been made right just because of a little mistake. And you think your life is miserable. Some even hurt themselves to alleviate grief.But think about why you are doing it.

  • Talking to parents, friends or other people about it can helps. If you do not have the courage to talk in person, write a letter or call on the phone to alleviate your sadness.

  • If you still do not get rid of your sadness, you may have a health problem such as depression. It is good to see a doctor and help you get treatment. You should not be ashamed of your situation.

Emotion is like fire. It is very useful when you control it, and harm is caused when you cannot control it. Do your best to control it.

We may be able speak and do things we later regret, but do not be discouraged, you will learn to control your emotions and not let emotions control you.

"Remember that when you feel unworthy, God is there and know everything the reasons behind your anger and sadness,He was the best to call on to ease these bad feelings and emotions you have."

right emotion especially anger is like the burning fires that burns even the huge forest in the world . The bible says, Its ok to get angry but don't be sin when we are angry. because when angry drives us everything will be ruin even our previous relationship towards to others. However it will become positive when our emotion be positive like happiness or joyful. that kind of fire will influence the negativity surroundings and even the negative people so don't get me wrong. Life is full of joy if God is always in the center of it. Great content. God is always helps us.

Right, anger spreads quickly when other anger comes out, so better avoid those situation to not made it worst, and having faith in God also gives you a peace of mind.

I'm actually under Anger Management now my friend. For me too stand against every words and comments that I feel not having a good effect to me, I just ignore them. I don't want to ignite what's inside me. So I try to alter that by doing positive things. Good day my friend, thank you for sharing!

Emotions are powerful. Your mood determines how you interact with people, how much money you spend, how you deal with challenges, and how you spend your time. Managing your emotions isn't the same as suppressing them. Ignoring your sadness or pretending you don't feel pain won't make those emotions go away. Emotions really spit fire. By just throwing a fit, one could harm the person - physically and emotionally. It's really really important to control it. I remember watching some tips like when you feel you're getting to burst or do something bad, just hug yourself and tell yourself that it's okay. Practice deep breathing too or counting 1 to 3 before bursting like a bomb.

This is very helpful to those people who cannot really control their own self from these strong emotions. Sometimes we think too rash on how things are and forget to analyze first and we are just being eaten by anger. That is a bad thing. We should practice on how to control our anger and other strong emotions for us not to do something worse.

It is really difficult to control emotions.But if it is the right to do you must,though it is hard.Controlling emotions may either be good or bad depends upon the situation.But once you control it, you need to be responsible enough to its consequences.As what I've said it is hard but if it is the right thing to do and you think everybody will benefit on it,control it.As what you've said on your article,God is always there for us and He knows everything.So whatever emotions you are trying to control just ask His guidance and He will help you to overcome all the challenges in life.💓

Controlling our emotions is so difficult especially when you feel that is too much to gain . Like anger , it is difficult not to show your anger to someone or to anything but sometimes we control it and sometimes we cant thats because of the situation of your anger . And to sadness , all people feels this loneliness or sadness but there are some people that can handle their sadness and no one will notice that he or she feels it but there are some people also that deal on their loneliness and sometime being sad makes them doing things that is not good . I hope everyone can survive emotionally and I hope everyone learns to control their emotions for them to get easily living ^^

Okay. Emotions. It's a very complex part of who we are. And it's hard to control it espceially when negative emotions is what we are feeling. We need an environment where we can calm our storms. No need for so many people to comfort you, just a few is enough. Or sometimes, being alone is enough. As we grow older, we came to learn how to get a hold of ourselves. We learn how to keep our sht together. Because we are maturing too.
