"Health is wealth"---A very common saying when it comes to our health, and I agree with it.
I know some of us are guilty of not being aware of our health until we felt something unusual to our body. Especially if we are busy in our work, studies or some other activities, hmm like crypto?
Yeah, crypto activities can give us enormous wealth, it is very possible. But some of its activities like trading can do a lot of stress in our body.
Stress- It is a normal response of our body and every one experiences stress. Stress is everywhere and it is normal. But this will become a problem if there will be no relief and stress just continue and builds up.
Common Problems related to Crypto
Lack of Sleep: Sleep is very important, yet some of us are taking it for granted (hugot? ๐). For a busy person, it is very hard to have enough sleep. So in crypto, Most traders especially those newbies tend not to sleep enough just to never miss the opportunity in every price action. Others can't sleep too due to their paperloss. Every one can feel the stress from it, knowing that you might loss your hard-earned money. So please, properly manage our risk.
Diet: It feels good when we eat our favorite food, right?๐ We tend to feel happy if there's something sweet or tasty food. Sadly, most of it are junkfoods or processed foods. For some crypto enthusiasts, from traders to crypto gamers, mostly tend to eat ready to eat foods or fast foods.
Inactivity: Most of us, like students and person in work from home mode are just sitting in front of our computers doing our tasks. Most of us spend 8 hours, 12 hours or even more in front of computer. This will increase the risk of having diseases. Also our postures while sitting can have an effect to our health.
With this problems, diseases or illness can be a threat to our health. It will be more threatening if this habit or activity will be prolonged.
Prevention
Indeed prevention is better than cure. So to promote health among us crypto-enthusiasts, here are some of preventive measures we can perform in addition to our daily lives:
Lifestyle Modification: This is broad topic, it may cover all the mentioned common problems above. So to modify our lifestyle, if it is sedentary, first is to know what is our goal (be sure to have a short term and long term goals), then identify what are your current lifestyle, then create a plan of action that can be combine to your daily activities(without sacrificing your other activities) and how are you going to execute it.
So start with the healthy diet, if your budget it tight or time isn't enough, you may make a schedule when to eat healthy foods, until your over meal will be healthy foods in majority. So start with fruits for snacks while your busy in your computer instead of junkfoods. Instead of softdrinks, try fresh juice or milk maybe?
For sleep, I know this is difficult for us. A better alternative to execute enough sleep is to declutter your bed room, it is better not to work on your bed so set a designated place in your room for your paperworks or laptop sessions. Create an environment that are relaxing, dim lights can be helpful. Lessen your scrolling with your phone while on bed, I know we can't avoid it, just lessen as much as possible. Also provide a resting period in between your working hours, a short nap is enough to relax our tensed muscles, improve concentrations and boost our productivity. ๐ช
Lastly, Inactivity can be modified by taking a minute of your working hours just to do some stretches. It will improve your blood circulation and relaxes our tensed muscles. Also if possible, do a cardio exercises every morning. It won't take much of our time, Crypto prices won't run away so take time to rest our eyes from that chart ๐๐๐
This can be case to case basis, you may create your own modifications according to your preferences.
