Yes, and No.
It honestly depends on who you want to meet. Political guys like President Trump or high profile business guys like Bill Gates are easy to meet, all you have to do is make a large enough donation to the Trump campaign or the Gates Foundation and you can see them. Typically, VIP events in small groups of 50 can be had for $10,000 each. So, yes, there are lots of people with a cause to support and you can get access for as little as $10,000.
But not everyone has a cause that can get you a front row seat. Celebrities are usually available to be booked for $50,000 or more. The cost can jump all the way up to $250,000 but usually everyone has a price.
Some people who don’t care about a cause and don’t care about money may be more difficult.
As far as getting to meet them by just asking with being willing to pay, no. That’s not going to happen. Nobody cares how much money you have.
