It's not a new thing hearing about suicide. Going through a post on one of the communities made me decide to write mine.

Suicide is mostly caused by depression, thoughts that make one feel less of themselves, thinking they are not worth living on this earth or they have nothing left to offer. Some from pressure either from parents, friends and even goes. But I feel that having a right mindset, a focus towards the path that you want to take to be who you want to be should stop any form of pressure or pressing situation.

Any situation can be conquered, it's depends on YOU

Your life is in your hands, so you'll have to choose between keeping it or taking it. But taking it shouldn't be an option because there are lot of things in the world waiting for you.

The human mind, so strong, so powerful, but also extremely fragile, as in the case of those who decide, for many reasons, to end the world, and take life, as precious as useless in their mind, I tell you because unfortunately I lost, many years ago, a close family member who made the nefarious decision to take my life...

Of course, but if the mind no longer thinks well, and leaves for the tangent, everything and every situation sees it as different from what it really is, and certain difficulties and certain problems become insurmountable, to the point that life is not more bearable...

A lot of youths are on suicidal watch now. Some people don't know the hell that those people are passing through, that's why they're pissed off whenever they hear that someone committed suicide. These people need love and care.

To me, I see someone committing suicide as immature, myopic and self-afflicted inferior person in the society. Being depressed does not lead to suicide, what the person needs is encouragement and motivation. Thanks.

Maturity has nothing to do with suicide, it's pressure, which leads to depression. An 70 years old person can still take his life, does that mean he isn't mature? Think about it

I hate to hear of a suicidal act. I always wonder, what is it the person lack or is so in need of that would make him or her want to take their life. Awareness needs to be created because I can't stand the tragedy

All those people who have suicidal thougth needs someone to tell what is really bothering them. If they only keep it on thier own they might breakdown and taking their own life was the only solution. So if you notice your friend or a member of the family that has depression or anything that act a bit unmormal talk ti them sincerely.

Most of the people that in this state must talk to someone they were close to. Sometimes we must pay attention to some of our friends or family in this situation. Most of them they really keep their problem to themselves. Once you feel that family or friends might be in that kind of situation make them feel that they can rely on you and stay calm to attract them open up to you. God blessed
