You may not understand how it feels when a lady who is set to get married got a call off the wedding just few hours to the solemnizatiin of her marriage. 

A blind mother was instrumental to her son getting married to a cool headed and God fearing woman called Uloma. She came visiting and helping the old blimd woman with her chores. Uloma was the only maiden in the whole unity who comes to the aid of the.old woman. 

When her only son came back to stay with her, his mother told him about the lady who had always come to help out with the chores. Agbom, the old blind woman told her son, Chimaobi to consider Uloma for marriage, she would make a good wife. 

A day after Chimaobi came back, Uloma came around as usual to see the blind Agbom. Her intention is to make her food and help her clean the house. Chimaobi heard her voice as she warmly spoke to his mother. 

Immediately, he fell in love with her. As he took a walk from his room to see the beautiful lady who had helped his mother keep up, what he saw was quite surprising. Uloma was a beauty to behold. 

They fell in love that very moment. For the first time in his entire life, Chimaobi got goosebumps for feeling a special way for a lady. 

Chimaobi decided to take wine with his kinsmen to visit Uloma parents to announce his intention to marry Uloma. He decided to carry this out in a week. Hence, he told his late father's younger brother about the journey. All his linemen accepted to follow him on the visit. 

On his way to book for the palm wine that will be taken to his would be in-law, Chimaobi met his old girlfriend who he had wanted to marry but couldn't wait because Chimaobi just a boy still being fed his parents. But Nma who had lost her husband after a few years of marriage came back to his parents since she had no child for her late husband. 

Her beauty still radiates and Chimaobi could not let go. There is no way he was going to allow Nma go away the second time. Irrespective of what had transpired between Chimaobi and Uloma, he is ready to forgo it since he has not legalised their marriage. 

When Uloma heard of the intention of Chimaobi to abandon her for Nma, trouble broke out. 

Uloma waylayed Nma to a fight over snatching her boyfriend. It was a tug of war between the two ladies but because of her patience, Nma won the her of Chimaobi. 

When this matter reached Nma's parents, they accused of her taking a other woman husband but she refuted their claim saying that Chimaobi had been her love before she was forced into marriage with her late husband by her mother, which her father supported. 

Now she wasn't going to allow Chimaobi slip from her hand again. 

Nma and Chimaobi got married and started to live as husband and wife. 

Uloma soon become the talk of the town for losing her man few days to her introduction. She couldn't bear the shame. So, she relocated to another town maybe she could find true love. 

Seven days after their wedding, Chimaobi stood outside with his chewing stick when he saw a man dressed in a white apparel asking him to leave, Chimaobi got infuriated and pushed the man,  not knowing the man in white is the ghost of Nma late husband. 

The ghost started tormenting everyone in the house except the blind Agbom. 

Wherever Nma goes, the ghost of her late husband follows her. Agbom could feel the presence of the ghost but she can't just place it. 

One evening while they were eating dinner, the ghost infested Nma and she started pursuing Chimaobi with a knife.
