at 1:18. Was he trying to say that BTC don't want the "artificial" block size limit removed because it will cause the value of BTC to drop? Thus, they manipulate the price by not removing the block size limit?

Andreas is saying that some people falsely believe in that idea, but he is on the opposite side and supports scaling by increasing the blocksize.
