I will start by jumping straight in, so you see the title and now wondering to yourself, Whats this all about? well let me explain..
during the pandemic many have suffered, some have lost love ones or been ill themselves and some people have just struggled with the feeling of being locked in and lonely. Well I am here to share with you some tips and tricks on coping..
Tip 1 - Nature, spending time in nature or around nature can have a massive impact on the human body and mind.
Not only is it peaceful but its something the human body and mind actually needs. I like to take my shoes off and do what's called earthing. Your body is one big energy field and needs to be grounded by earths aka Gaias magnetic field, this technic has been proven by science by has been around for centuries. looking back at some cultures this is something they practice as part of everyday life, without going to much in to that scientist have proven that it has a real positive impact on the human body.

Also lets not forget the fresh air nature provides, trees are earths oxygen providers and being around them provides you with clear fresh oxygen.
we also have the sounds of nature, if you can sit and relax somewhere and simply close your eyes you will hear so much and all sounds in nature are harmonious.
Tip 2 - Meditation, now many people struggle with meditation but even the beginners can achieve some positive effects from meditation, if you are a beginner here is a link to a site that can help https://www.mindful.org/how-to-meditate/ or just use the search engine to find more lots of information about mediation and how to achieve it. You can also find audio books on Amazon if you prefer. One thing I have learnt with meditation is to allow you thoughts to flow, this will really help you to gain a better mediation experience.
Tip 3 - Hobbies, now this can be anything you enjoy like painting or photography; as long as it brings you joy its not something you have to have skills to do, no photographer is perfect when then first start it takes practice and time. I have heard so many people say I love to draw but I am no good at it! you don't have to be as long as it gives you joy and happiness who cares, finding a hobby isn't always easy when you are feeling stressed or low so I would suggest starting to experiment with simple things like reading a book or swimming etc; before long you'll find you passion and who knows you may even discover some things about yourself along the way and enjoy the journey. My hobby is photography which I wasn't great at to start with but with patience and practice I believe from my feedback that I am now pretty good. Tip 4 - Self-care, this I consider one of the most important! take a shower, go for a walk, call a friend or a family member, take sometime out, listen to some music.. whatever it is you choose to do make sure its something for YOU! for YOURSELF! this time is important, especially because most of use tend to do things to make others happy forgetting about ourselves. How can you be any help to anyone if you are not being your best self, the only way to do this is by making sure you indulge in some self-care! YOU are important to! remember at the beginning I mentioned about our energy field, well if you want to make a difference to the world ensure you energy field is vibrating at a high frequency full of positivity as you energy field effects anyone that enters it so if its high then that effect will be felt by anyone close to you, this is turn will help to heighten their energy field. If we all did this then the world would be a far better place.. invisible forces are always at work!
Tip 5 - Friends and Family, I have mentioned these in all my tips but my last one is to explain how important it is to ensure you choose who you spend your precious time with, I've explained the effects of your energy field well others can effect you all the same so be careful not to allow negative energy in to your life, some people can be toxic to be around! some of these people can also be family, its ok! you should never feel bad about cutting negative and toxic people from your life, related or not! you have a duty to yourself and choosing who you spend your time with can be a big game changer. I have family that have a real negative effect on my life so I choose not to spend any time on them. this can be hard but trust me its important, make real connections that have a positive effect on your life and bring out the best you.
