He stirred slowly, unsure of what he was hearing. At first it sounded like a police siren. Like a raid was going on at his house. He was groggy and his mind was still hazy, which was surprising to him, considering the fact that the armor had been on his body throughout this entire time.
He looked at the buzzing red light in his room, and realized what it was. The soiurvenof the alarm.
Something was trying to break through his barrier.
The only thing crazy enough to actively battle the barrier despite the resistance was a human.
The silver haired man from this afternoon? he asked himself.
No, it couldn't have been. That guy could cut through the barrier as though it was butter. This was someone else. Quickly, he activated the electroshock feature. That could send 36,000 volts of electricity through anything that hit it - even if it was made of rubber, it would be superheated until it melted.
Soon he heard a dull hit on the barrier and the the loud buzz of electricity, accompanied by the shout of an animal. Looking through the window, he saw a man on the ground, groaning and holding his chest. There was a hammer in his hand.
"Barrier integrity at 10%" a computerized voice said from within the house.
Damn! he thought. The electroshock took about 30% of the barrier integrity, but the fact that the integrity was down to 10% showed that the hammer was a formidable weapon.
He quickly grabbed his knives, six in number, and placed them in-between his fingers. Luckily, he'd hit three out of six vital organs he had to target.
Either the head, the heart, the two lungs, the abdomen or windpipe. Either one would assure death in five minutes, thanks to the poison the knives were dipped in.
"Barrier down!" the computerized voice said. Instantly two loud bangs were heard outside. One was the man breaking past the barrier, the other was the secondary measure, the harpoon, hitting the man in the right side of his chest.
That lung was finished.
The man screamed, and stumbling wildly, crashed into the shack. There were only three rooms, all on the ground floor, so this man would soon find Alec.
What type of monster was this guy? How could someone take such a heavy shot to the chest and keep on moving?
Immediately, the man crashed into the room, saliva all over his mouth as he drooled heavily, the blood oozing from the injury to his chest. The metal arrow was still impaling him.
"What the hell do you want?" Alec asked.
The man, or beast, thrust a file at him, which hit the ground and scattered its contents. Looking down, he could see his picture, as well as that of the silver-haired man.
"Sh!t!" he thought, looking up as the man lunged towards him. Instantly, he took aim and threw all six knives in one instand.
The man was surprisingly agile, and dodged all but one. As he bent to dodge, his right eye came directly in the path of the knive aimed for his windpipe. It was an instant hit.
As the man fell to the ground, he rushed at him and gave him a hard kick to the chest. He was sure he connected with the sternum, and even thouhgh he cracked it, the man held on to his armor-covered leg.
Within seconds, he was flying through the air, and he hit his head on the wall, biting his lips in the process. He'd most likely suffered a mild concussion, and his lower lip was bleeding, but the rest of his body was left undamaged. The armor had absorbed all of the impact.
The man was getting up.
"Mild injury to skull detected, Initiating headgear protection" the armor said, and soon it stretched and wrapped around his head, covering his face and leaving only his eyes open. Immediately, a glass shield covered the eye spaces as well.
"That armor is no match for me!" the man growled.
"But you're no match for me either. Heads up!" a voice shouted, and then something white zoomed past Alec. Before he could say anything, the man's head was flying through the air.
"I told you that I'd be seeing you around, didn't I?" the silver haired man said, standing in the middle of the room. He held his strange sword at his back, it's blade still beaming. Worse still, he had a weird appearance.
His skin was deathly white, and black stripes had covered almot every inch of visible skin. His hands had grown out of proportion as well. His eyes were dark, the fiery yellow pupils glowing, visible above his dark shades.
What was this guy?"

I was a lot less motivated about this prompt than I thought it'd be, probably becuase the set of pencils I ordered did not arrive ;;-;;
Anyway I still managed to draw something, I guess, and I decided to ink it this time.
