Ingredients for Banana Roll Cake Recipe
For the sponge cake:
4 eggs
1 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1.5 cups of flour
1 packet of vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
For the cream:
3 glasses of milk
1 cup of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of wheat starch
1 packet of vanilla
1 tablespoon of butter
For inside:
2 bananas
For the above:
2 packs of whipped cream
2 cups cold milk
First, let's prepare the cream. Put all the ingredients except the butter in a saucepan. Stir constantly until it thickens.
Turn off the heat when it starts to boil. Add the butter and mix well, then let it cool. Refrigerate the cream for at least 1 hour.
For the sponge cake, beat the eggs and sugar for at least 5 minutes until it becomes like white foam.
Add milk and continue whisking. Then add the sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix well.
Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Smooth the top with the spatula.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes in a controlled manner.
After it is cooked, wrap it in the form of a roll, cover it with a cloth and leave it to cool.
After cooling, spread the cream into the sponge cake. Place the bananas on the tip.
Separate the sponge cake from the greaseproof paper and wrap it in the form of a roll. Let's cut and flatten the edges and transfer to a serving plate.
