5 tablespoons of butter

3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1/2 lime juice (optional)

2 bay leaves

Melt the butter and oil in a pan. Leave 1 tablespoon of cold butter for later to add.

After the garlic smell is gone, add the shrimps and cook both sides of the shrimp by turning them inside out.
