Cheese Stuffed Lasagna with Tomato Sauce

I decided to share the recipes that I love and find delicious for myself and my family on this platform. All the content I will share here will be completely from my own kitchen.I am a person who enjoys not only eating but also making.

Lasagna lovers welcome to our kitchen.. We love the classics, but today we go out of the ordinary and fill those lasagna sheets and roll them. Imagine a lasagna filled with delicious cheese. It is cooked in a silky tomato sauce, covered with cheddar cheese and fried. On your plate, fresh out of the oven. You cut it with a knife, the cheese sauce flows. The cooked cheeses and tomato sauce danced so harmoniously that the synchronization was just right. I'm watching a series right now. I'm not just watching, I'm even living A dish I was fascinated by describing. You can imagine how I passed out while eating this.

Ingredients for this delicious dish:

1-lasagna leaves
2-feta cheese
3-cheddar cheese
4-labneh cheese
5-dried basil
6-Red powdered pepper
7-Tomato sauce
8-Tomato paste
9-black pepper

Recipe:
First, fill a large pot with water and add some salt and oil and let it boil.


Meanwhile, for the cheese filling: mix the cheeses and put the spices on the mash. When the water boils, cook the lasagna sheets lightly by adding one or two to prevent them from sticking.


It should be cooked enough to make a roll, no more. Because it will continue to cook in the oven. The lasagna should be a little touchy.


Cheese mortar is put into the boiled lasagna sheets and a roll is shaped. and placed in the baking dish. When this process is completed, tomato sauce and tomato paste are mixed in a bowl. The water we boiled the lasagna is put on it and the consistency of the sauce is opened. Spices are poured on top of the lasagna rolls.


It is left to bake in the oven at 180 degrees. When the sauce is done, it is taken out of the oven and grated cheddar cheese is put on it and returned to the oven.


When the cheeses are melted and browned, you can serve them with a rest.

This is a recipe that I have created by trying it myself and making additions.Very different from the original lasagna. A classic lasagna mince and no bechamel. The commonality is just lasagna sheets and cheddar cheese.

The inner mortar can be diversified, for example, a soft mortar can be made by mixing a few mushrooms and blending them with cream. Another alternative is to sauté baby spinach with onions and garlic to make a healthy mortar. Finally, I can recommend you to try boiled potatoes. You can flavor boiled and mashed potatoes with spices and put them in these wonderful lasagna sheets and wrap them. If you don't want to make a roll, it can be made layer by layer by spreading it on my debt, putting the stuffing on it, and putting the lasagna sheets again.
