1. Listen and accept
First of all, listen to your close ones and office people. It is very important to listen to them whether you want to accept them or not. Sometimes people do not listen to the people around them and at the same time get annoyed with their words.
Sometimes listening to people gives you ideas that are likely to do a lot of good. The best way to control your mind is to persuade your mind to listen to people. When you try to listen to people over and over again, your mind will gradually come under your control and you will not feel stress from people's words.
2. Create a plan for your life
Planning is essential to keep your mind controlled, fast and on the right track. You can achieve your goal or set your career according to your planning.
If possible, print and paste that plan in your room and everywhere you work every day. Planning will show your mind the right way and it will not go astray in between. No wandering of the mind i.e. gaining control over the mind.
3. Keep your mind calm
Sometimes our mind does something like this which makes us feel very bad later and also forces us to think that it should not happen. One of the biggest examples of this is being angry. We don't pay attention to what we are saying when we are angry but it seems very strange when we think about it later.
When we are angry, we have no control over our mind, so the first thing to do is to calm the mind. Exercise and do yoga regularly to keep your mind calm and try to remember a good moment in your mind when you are angry.
4. Focus on your thoughts
Sometimes we do not pay attention to our thoughts and the way we talk every day which is our biggest mistake. If you want to control your mind, it is very important to pay attention to what you are saying and thinking.
When you sit down later and think that today I said this to the person who was very good or bad, it gives you a control in your mind. The next time something comes out of your mouth, your mind will take it out with a control.
Appreciate yourself for the good things you do and explain to your mind for what you do bad or wrong things that you should not do or say.
5. Practice to show right path to brain
When we choose our emotions - we forget the benefits that come from them. It is very important for us to understand the feelings of our mind because these are the things that show us the reality of our life.
It show us what is significant to us and what is most meaningful to us. From these feelings we know that we need a little rest now and bring something new in ourselves. We find even better new ways to fight in difficult times.
The mind or the brain finds it easy to find the right path only when we realize our feelings and obey their words. Stop criticizing yourself as it creates negative emotions in the mind which leads the mind astray and you have no control over it.
6. Go for Holiday
Often in this hectic life we get so busy with work that we can't even give ourselves and our mind time to relax in its whirl. Work as well as rest is essential for a healthy controlled mind.
It is also very difficult to control a mind full of thoughts. It is very important to always keep the mind open because without it the power of thinking is lost. Taking a day off from work and going for a walk in a quiet place away from work reduces stress.
7. Spend time with your family
Family is very important in everyone's life. Money is not always everything in life. Spending time with family, playing, talking, is an integral part of life. Spending time with your people brings happiness to the mind and staying away from them makes the mind feel a bit sad.
It is very important to be happy to control the mind so spend as much time as possible with your family. Talking to people from family also removes many kinds of negative thoughts and finds the right way to move forward in life.
