Exercise Patience in every situation!
Date: 14th of April 2022
Happy Thursday, Readers! How are you all doing today? I hope you had a wonderful Thursday and staying well.
We are on the fourth day of the week, and it seems like the days are going faster than ever.
I think it is ok to say that patience is something that every individual needs to have, and without it, you will find yourself rushing toward your doom.
When you exercise patience, you will make better life choices and decisions because life isn't about living in the future or past; it is about living in the present moment.
Whenever you find yourself in trouble or a bad situation, you often hear people say to "exercise patience."
You may become confused because instead of trying to help or advise you on the situation, they tell you to be patient, and things will change; for someone going through a tough situation, you might get irritated.
In the modern times that we live in, it is quite easy for one to forget patience because everything seems to be so easy and quick that we don't have to wait long.
Because of these modern times, you see people getting irritated over minor traffic jams, staying in line, waiting for something to download, or even reading.
Patience isn't something we should forget or ignore; it is a virtue that every human should possess because patience makes us better people.
Patience shapes your talent into an Achievement!
There will always be a journey to walk when you want to achieve something, and it is only someone who has patience who can shape their talents into achievements.
For you to master any skill or trade, it will take a continuous effort for a long time, and it takes 10000 hours for you to learn a skill, so you will need tons of patience to do that; if not, you will only end up quitting midway.
For you to achieve the dreams you have set for yourself, it is necessary to have a passion for overwhelming the challenges that face you, and it is when you have the patience that you can do this.
Patience changes Relationships
Relationships can be hard sometimes, and you may find yourself being irritated, defensive, and saying things that hurt your partner/others.
If you don't exercise patience, you might make hasty decisions that will affect your relationship; whenever you feel defensive, try to exert patience enough to think over another person's favorable qualities.
Patience makes you Healthier.
Stress and anger are two things that are strong enough to ruin a person's mental and physical health, and believe it or not; patience is the best medicine for both.
Being patient enough will help you overwhelm any challenging circumstances better, and being stress/anger-free will make you happier and healthier.
You may be patient when you have a clear vision of your goals and if you are putting the best effort in the correct direction.
There are many ways to achieve anything, and you don't have to focus on one way. The trick is to stick to your plan even when others around you seem to be getting ahead faster than you.
People may be enjoying more success than you, but you don't know where their final destination would be.
Patience creates a positive attitude.
When you are healthy, happy, and stress/anger-free, you will become more positive about yourself and your surroundings.
If things are not happening how you want them to, you must teach yourself to be patient instead of getting frustrated.
You need to see situations and things in a positive light to make your life happier, and for you to get that positivity, you need to exercise patience.
When you find yourself in a challenging situation or find it hard to bear your problems, you should always try to re-frame that situation and see it positively.
Patience is an essential tool when overcoming frustration, and it will allow you to make better judgment and informed decisions, which will make it easier to achieve your goals.
