অপার্থিব (পর্ব ১)
মিলির ছেলেটা হঠাৎ করেই মারা গেল। মাত্র ছ'মাস বয়স হয়েছিলো ছেলেটার।
ছেলেটা জন্মাবার আগে মিলির দুবার মিসক্যারেজ হয়। অনেকেই এরপর বলেছিলো কোনো বেবি না নিতে। কিন্তু তবুও ও ছেলেটাকে কনসিভ করে। তখন সবাই বলাবলি করতো, এটাও মিসক্যারেজ কেস হবে। সবার ধারণা ভুল প্রমাণ করেই ছেলেটার জন্ম হয়। মিলি ওর নাম রাখে রাতুল।
কি ফুটফুটে সুন্দর ছিলো ছেলেটা। মিলি একবারও ওকে কাছ-ছাড়া করতো না, সবসময়ই কোলে নিয়ে রাখতো। কিন্তু তবুও যে ঘটনাটি কিভাবে ঘটে গেল, কেউ বলতে পারলো না।
রাতুল মারা যাবার একমাস পর, এক সন্ধ্যাবেলায়, বাড়িতে তখন কেউ নেই। মিলি শোবার ঘরে শুয়ে ছিলো, ওর হঠাৎ মনে হলো, বসবার ঘরে যেন ও রাতুলের হাসির শব্দ শুনলো। ছুটে বসবার ঘরে গিয়ে ও দেখলো, কেউ নেই।
রাতে শাহেদ ঘরে ফিরলে ও কথাটা বললো শাহেদকে। শাহেদ হেসেই কথাটা উড়িয়ে দিলো। মাঝরাতে, ওরা যখন ঘুমিয়ে আছে, মিলি বুঝতে পারলো ছোট একটা বাচ্চা শুয়ে আছে ওদের মাঝে। বাচ্চাটার গা থেকে মিষ্টি একটা ঘ্রাণ আসছে, রাতুলের শরীরে এই ঘ্রাণটি পেতো মিলি। ও বাচ্চাটার মাথায় হাত বুলিয়ে দিলো। হেসে উঠলো বাচ্চাটা।
শাহেদ ঘুম ভেঙে বললো, 'এই, কে হাসে?'
মিলি বললো, 'আমাদের রাতুল এসেছিলো। ওই হাসছিলো।' শাহেদ গম্ভীর হয়ে গেলো, কিছু বললো না। ওর চারপাশে তাকালো, কিন্তু কাউকে দেখতে পেলো না। মিলি বললো, 'তুমি জাগলে দেখেই তো ও চলে গেল। এভাবে ধমকে উঠলে কেন?' শাহেদ বললো, 'রাত হয়েছে, শুয়ে পড়ো।' বলেই অন্যপাশে ফিরে শুয়ে পড়লো সে। সারারাত আর ঘুম এলো না ওর।
সকালে উঠেই বাক্সপেটরা গুছিয়ে মিলিকে নিয়ে শাহেদ ওর শ্বশুরবাড়িতে চলে গেল। একমাস এ বাসাতে থাকবে ওরা।
বিকেলবেলাতে মিলির বাবা শাহেদের কাছে এসে বললেন, 'বাবা, তোমাকে একটা কথা বলবো। মিলি যেন না জানে। কথাটা আমাদের দুজনের মাঝেই রাখতে হবে।' মিলি তখন রান্নাঘরে, ওর মায়ের সাথে নাস্তা তৈরি করছে। রাতুল বললো, 'বলেন, আমি কাউকে বলবো না।'
মিলির বাবা বললেন, 'কথাটা তোমাকে আগেই জানানো দরকার ছিলো, কিন্তু মিলির কথা চিন্তা করেই বলি নি। মিলি যখন পেটে, তখন ওর মায়ের কিছু সমস্যা শুরু হয়। প্রায়ই সন্ধ্যাবেলাতে ওর মা দেখতো, এক লম্বা কালো চাদর পড়া লোক ওর জানলার বাইরে দাঁড়িয়ে আছে। শুধু ওই দেখতো, আমরা কিছু দেখতে পারতাম না। অনেক ডাক্তার কবিরাজ দেখিয়েছি, কোনো লাভ হয় নাই। শেষে একজনের খোঁজ পেলাম, তিনি নাকি এসব ব্যাপারে বেশ অভিজ্ঞ। তাকে নিয়ে আসলাম। তিনি বাসায় এসেই বললেন, 'ভাই, আমার জীবনে আমি অনেক ভয়ঙকর জিনিসের মোকাবেলা করেছি, কিন্তু আপনার বাসায় যে আছে, তার মতো ভয়ঙকর কিছুকে আমি আগে কখনো দেখি নি।'
আমি বললাম, 'এখন কি করবো আমরা?'
তিনি বললেন, 'আমি আমার যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করবো। কিন্তু কাজ যে হবেই, এমন কিছু বলতে পারছি না।'
তিনি খুঁজতে খুঁজতে আমাদের বাড়ির পিছে একটা গাছের কাছে চলে গেলেন। এরপর বললেন, 'এ জায়গাটা খুঁড়েন।'
জায়গাটা খোঁড়া হলো। এরপর যা বের হলো,তা আমরা জীবনেও কল্পনা করতে পারি নাই। দেখলাম, একটা ছোট বাচ্চার মাথার খুলি।'
তখনই ওরা রান্নাঘর থেকে মিলির চিৎকার শুনতে পেলো।
রান্নাঘরে ছুটে গিয়ে ওরা দেখলো মিলি অজ্ঞান হয়ে পড়ে আছে। তার পাশে মিলির মা। তাকে কেউ যেন ছিঁড়ে দুভাগ করে ফেলে রেখেছে। রক্তে ভেসে যাচ্ছে পুরো রান্নাঘর।
সে রাতেই হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করা হলো মিলিকে। ওর জ্ঞান ফেরেনি তখনো। মিলির মায়ের পোস্টমর্টেম শেষে শেষকৃত্যও হয়ে গেল। মিলি জানতেই পারলো না।
দুদিন পর মিলিদের বাসায় সে এলাকার ইন্সপেক্টর দেখা করতে আসেন। মিলির বাবার এলাকায় খুবই প্রভাব, সুতরাং তাদের বাসার এমন একটা ঘটনা খুবই গুরুত্ব দিয়ে তদন্ত হবে সেটাই স্বাভাবিক। মিলির বাবাকে সে বলল, 'আপনাদের কেসের তদন্ত বেশ ভালো ভাবে আগাচ্ছে। আশা করি কিছুদিনের মধ্যেই আমরা খুনিকে গ্রেফতার করতে পারবো।'
'তাহলে তো খুবই ভালো কথা।'
'তবে কিছু সমস্যা আছে। আজকে আমরা পোস্টমর্টেম রিপোর্ট হাতে পেয়েছি। আপনার স্ত্রীর গায়ে খুনির হাতের যে ছাপ পাওয়া গেছে তা খুবই অদ্ভুত। এতো বিশাল হাতের ছাপ কোনো মানুষের হতে পারে না।'
'আপনারা তাহলে কি করতে চান?'
'খুনের একমাত্র প্রত্যক্ষদর্শী আপনার মেয়ে। তার জ্ঞান ফিরলেই আমরা ওর জবানবন্দি নিবো।'
'জ্বি অবশ্যই নিবেন। আমিও চাই অপরাধী ধরা পড়ুক।'
ইন্সপেক্টর চলে গেলেন। মিলির বাবা গম্ভীর মুখে বসে রইলেন। শাহেদ বসে আছে তার পাশে। বাবা মিলির ছোটবেলার গল্পটি শেষ করেননি। এই অবস্থায় শাহেদও কিছু জিজ্ঞেস করতে পারছে না।
সে রাতে মিলির কেবিনের ডিউটিতে যে নার্স ছিলেন তার নাম শাহানা। তার ডিউটি পাঁচমিনিটের মধ্যেই শেষ হবে। একটু তাড়াহুড়ো করছিলেন তিনি। তার ছোট ছেলেটা বাসায় একা, তার উপর অসুস্থ। যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব বাসায় যেতে হবে তাকে। তিনি সব গুছিয়ে নিচ্ছিলেন, এসময়ই মনে হলো কে যেন দরজার সামনে দিয়ে দৌড়ে গেল। তিনি বাইরে উঁকি দিলেন। করিডর খালি, কেউ নেই। এসময় এমন এক জিনিস দেখলেন তিনি, ভয়ে জমে গেলেন একদম।

রাতের খাওয়া শেষ হলে মিলির বাবা শাহেদকে নিজের ঘরে ডাকলেন। শাহেদ ঘরে এলে তিনি বললেন, 'তোমাকে যে ঘটনাটি বলছিলাম সেটা তো শেষ করিনি।'
'জ্বি বলুন।'
'আচ্ছা শোনো। আমরা মাথার খুলি পাবার পর লোকটি শাবল দিয়ে ওটা ভেঙে ফেলল। উঁহু উনার নামটাও মনে পড়ছে না। যাই হোক, এরপর সেই খুলির ভেতর দুটো কাগজ পাওয়া যায়। কি সব অদ্ভুত অদ্ভুত লেখা আর নকশা করা ছিলো সেখানে। লোকটা আমায় বললো সে কাগজটা বাসায় নিয়ে যাবে নষ্ট করার জন্য। পরদিন সকালে সে আবার আসবে। কিন্তু সকালে সে আসলো না। তার লাশ পাওয়া গেল জংলার ধারে। কে যেন ছিঁড়ে দুভাগ করে ফেলে রেখেছে তাকে।'
শাহেদ আঁতকে উঠলো। তার শ্বাশুড়িকেও তো এভাবেই মেরে ফেলা হয়েছে। সে মিলির বাবাকে জিজ্ঞেস করলো,'মাথার খুলিটা কার ছিলো জানা গেছিলো?'
'না।'
'আর কাগজগুলো?'
'পাওয়া যায়নি।'
হঠাৎ কি মনে পড়তেই ভয়ানক চমকে উঠলো শাহেদ। তখনই বেরিয়ে পড়লো সে, বাবাকে কিছু না বলেই। এখনই ওকে ওদের বাড়িতে যেতে হবে, যতোদ্রুত সম্ভব।

খালি করিডরে একটা বাচ্চা ছেলেকে দেখলেন শাহানা। ছয়-সাত মাস বয়স বাচ্চাটির, অথচ বাচ্চাটি দাঁড়িয়ে আছে দুপায়ে, ওর দিকে তাকিয়ে হাসছে। ভয় পেলেন শাহানা, প্রচন্ড ভয়।
বাচ্চাটি ওর চোখে চোখ রেখে পেছাতে লাগলো,এরপর ঢুকে পড়লো এক রুমের ভেতরে। রুমটা খালি, হাসপাতালের বাতিল জিনিসপাতি রাখা হয় সেখানে। শাহানা গিয়ে উঁকি দিলো রুমটার ভেতর। অন্ধকার রুমটা, কিছুই দেখা যাচ্ছে না। চোখে আঁধার সয়ে আসতেই শাহানা দেখলেন কেউ নেই সেখানে। ফিরে আসার জন্য তিনি পিছন ঘুরলেন, সেইসময় কে যেন তার চুল টেনে ধরলো। এরপর হ্যাচকা টান দিয়ে নিয়ে গেল রুমের ভেতর। শাহানা কোন কিছু আঁকড়ে ধরার সময়ও পেলেন না। রুমের দরজা বন্ধ হয়ে গেল। বন্ধ দরজার ভেতরে শাহানার চিৎকার কেউ শুনতে পেল না।
সেসময়েই জ্ঞান ফিরলো মিলির। চোখ মেলে দেখলো ওর বিছানার পাশে কেউ একজন দাঁড়িয়ে আছে, অসম্ভব লম্বা, আর কালো চাদর গায়ে।

Volunteer for Bangladesh, Chattogram District worked with the spirit of lions!
A crucial need such as road and transportation safety is overlooked by the country. However, this wasn’t the case for VBD - Chattogram District. An area of Kalurghat-Boalkhali road near Kalurghat bridge has been dilapidated for weeks now. Yesterday, at the emergency project "যাত্রা হোক নিরাপদ", volunteers worked for six hours to fix the ditches and potholes that covered part of the road.
The event began at 9am when the District Board President Kaosar Hossain and General Secretary Golam Ishaq gave instructions for the entire layout of the project.
A total of 27 volunteers began clearing water from all over the area. They were divided into two teams - one for bringing the sand and another for filling the potholes with sand.
The same laborious effort continued for an entire truck of bricks, cement and then sand again. After the heavy work by the volunteers, a road roller was brought to compact the newly refined portion of the road.
The project yesterday acted as a memorial in dedication to the lives of our beloved brother and sister volunteers, Nishat, Rafid and Dipta, who died last year during a boat accident.
Transportation safely is extremely necessary, be it for roads and waterways and should never be compromised.
Yesterday’s project has not only renewed the appearance of the road but also reduced the risk for fatal injuries.

What are megapixels?

সম্প্রতি শুক্রগ্রহে প্রাণের ইঙ্গিত পেয়েছেন বিজ্ঞানীরা। নাসা ঘোষণা করেছে, মহাকাশে ভিনগ্রহে প্রাণের সন্ধানে এবার তারা শুক্রগ্রহকে অগ্রাধিকার দেবে। এমন সময়ে রাশিয়া হঠাৎ দাবি করল, শুক্র গ্রহটি তাদের সম্পত্তি।
রাশিয়ান মহাকাশ গবেষণা কেন্দ্রের প্রধান দিমিত্রি রোগোজিন মস্কোয় একটি অনুষ্ঠানে দাবি করলেন, শুক্রগ্রহ রাশিয়ান গ্রহ।
মস্কো টাইমস-কে দিমিত্রি বলেন, 'আমাদের দেশ প্রথম এবং একমাত্র দেশ, যারা শুক্র গ্রহের মাটি ছুঁয়েছে। '

Around the world, there are many cave systems, human constructions and other structures that are so breathtaking, it is hard to believe they actually exist. This very interesting limestone karst cave is 800 foot long. This cave has an impressive collection of stalactites and stalagmites. This was even before they turned the lights on. This cave is an effortless 3 miles Northwest of Guilin. This name is given from the type of reeds which grow exterior.
This secret place is found deep beneath montparnasse lies a 200-mile network of Roman stone excavation tunnels were turned into macabre. The ground is for the remains of 6 millions of Persians which also includes victims of the French Revolution and maybe even the Marie Antoinette. The bones are unearthing from 1785 to 1860. These bones are arranged artistically.
This palace this place is situated at Allegheny Mountain's Posh Greenbrier Resort. At this place, there is a bunker which was secretly built in the year 1956 for the house of members of Congress when the nuclear war break out. This fallen out shelter lodged more than 1100 people behind 25 ton blast doors. This unused Bunker came equipped with a Power Plant, Decontamination Chambers, Meeting Rooms, Communications Equipment with power plant and it also has a great hall for joint sessions.
The inside of this cave there is a nude black isolated rock outcrop that looms around 600 feet above the plain. This plane place lays the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. This cave was declared as the UNESCO World Heritage. This blessed place offers 22 centuries of history to visitors. The pilgrims get the opportunity to feel the beauty of the intricate mural paintings which wraps entire cave walls. There are more than 150 Statues Of Buddha and other Divinities.
This shelter was built by the Persians in the 6th century. It was Turkey’s largest and deepest underground city in the mountainous Cappadocia Region. It is an ancient marvel with a 18 levels dug which has more than 250 feet underground. This region was later expanded in the 8th century by the phrygians. This shelter could cover 20,000 people. This place includes home, wine cellars, workshops and chapels and it also has rooms for livestock and access to fresh water.
This tomb is situated in Luxor's Valley of the kings. This is the final resting place for many of Egypt's Great Kings. This tomb is considered as the largest and it is the most viewed. The latest excavation exposed that it is bigger than they eventually thought it would be. The length of the tomb is 446 feet long and contrasting to 328 feet. Thia tomb includes various chambers enclosed with paintings and well-reserved Bas-Reliefs which depict the King's introduction to the underground.
The passage of the cowgate in old town Edinburgh in the South Street Bridge. This Bridge doesn't seem like a bridge at all. It seamlessly connects 2 hills while hiding an underground world underneath. This was made in the 18th century by the merchants. They set up these storefronts at the street level. Few are 31 feet above the real ground and while 120 cramped, airless vaults below the viaduct first housed tradesmen who include smelters and cobblers. Before turning it into a vice-ridden slum, the place was witnessed eliminations, kidnapping by the devil-worshipping men.

সারা বিশ্বেই ডিপ্রেশন বা বিষন্নতা এক ভয়াবহ ব্যাধি বলে স্বীকৃত। ডিপ্রেশন খুবই কমন কিন্তু মারাত্মক একধরণের মানসিক ব্যাধি যা আপনার অনুভূতি, চিন্তা-চেতনা ও কাজকর্মের ওপর নেতিবাচক প্রভাব ফেলে। যারা এ রোগে ভুগছেন তারা তাদের কোন কাজ করতে পারেন না, কোন কিছুতে উৎসাহ পান না, ঠিকমত কারো সাথে কথা বলেন না, সারাদিন কান্নাকাটি করেন। ভয়াবহ অবস্থা! প্রথমে কেউ বুঝতে পারেন না। দিন দিন অবস্থা আরও খারাপের দিকে নিয়ে যায়। বাংলাদেশেও দিন দিন বিষন্নতায় ভোগা রোগীর সংখ্যা বাড়ছে।
২ সপ্তাহ ধরে নিম্নের ৯টি উপসর্গের মধ্যে ৫টি থাকলে ডিপ্রেশন বলা হয়।
১. বেশিরভাগ দিন এবং দিনের বেশিরভাগ সময় বিষন্নতায় ভোগা।
২. প্রায় সকল কাজে উৎসাহ কমে যাওয়া।
৩. মাত্রাতিরিক্ত ওজন কমে যাওয়া।
৪. প্রায় প্রতিদিন নিদ্রাহীনতা বা অতিরিক্ত নিদ্রালুভাব।
৫. হঠাৎ করেই রাগান্বিত হওয়া।
৬. অবসন্নতা বা দুর্বল ভাব (প্রয় প্রতিদিন)
৭. নিজেকে দোষী মনে করা ।
৮. চিন্তাশক্তি কমে যাওয়া, মনোযোগহীনতা, সিদ্ধান্তহীনতায় ভোগা।
৯. বারবার মৃত্যু চিন্তা বা আত্মহত্যার প্রবনতা।

নাসার আগে জার্মানির ম্যাক্স প্ল্যাংক ইনস্টিটিউট দাবি করেছিল, পৃথিবীতে সূর্যই একমাত্র শক্তির উৎস।

একদিন আমি 'স্বপ্ন' হবো। রঙ বেরঙের স্বপ্ন! লাল রঙের স্বপ্ন, নীল রঙের স্বপ্ন; শত রঙের স্বপ্ন হবো....সবাই আমাকে রঙে রঙে সাজাতে ব্যস্ত থাকবে খুব। আমার পুরো নাম হবে স্বপ্নঘর। যার ঘরে যাবো সেই ঘর রাঙ্গিয়ে দেয়া হবে। সবাই আমাকে খুঁজে বেড়াবে পথে প্রান্তরে। হতাশায় ডুবে তারা গলার স্বর ছেড়ে খুঁজবে। আমার ডাকনাম হবে স্বপ্ন। এ ঘরে ওঘরে সব ঘরে আমাকে খুঁজে বেরাবে। আমি উড়ে বেড়াবো, তোমারা খুঁজে বেড়াবে।
স্বপ্ন অনেক রঙের হয়! স্বপ্নকে অনেক রকম ভাবে রঙ করা হয়। লাল নীল সাদা কালো.. আরো কত কী রঙ ! সবাই আমাকে রঙ করবে। কারো কারো লাল পছন্দ না, তারা নীল রঙের স্বপ্ন দেখবে, নীল রঙ ছুড়ে মারবে আমার মুখের উপর। আমি রেঙ্গে যাবো। আমি রঙের দেশে মিশে যাবো। পথে প্রান্তরে, এথাই ওথাই খুঁজে বেরাবে স্বপ্নকে। চোখে মুখে মিশে যাবে অবসাদ, তবুও তারা খুঁজে পাবে না এই স্বপ্নকে।
একদিন আমি স্বপ্ন হবো ! আমার জন্য অনেক মানুষ কাঁদবে। ফুতপাতের রাস্তায় বসে টুপ করে কেঁদে দেবে। মধ্যরাতে গড়িয়ে পড়বে নোনা জল। ভিজে যাবে পুরো বিছানা। সে কাঁন্নায় আমার মন ভিজবে না। মাঝেমাঝে আমি হই স্বার্থপর স্বপ্ন! যারা আমার জন্য লড়ে যাবে আমি তাদের হবো, তাদের রঙ তাদের মুখে ছুড়ে মেরে তাদের রঙ্গিন করে দেবো। কেউ কেউ আবার বিছানা ছেড়ে নেমে পড়বে অন্ধকার পথে! লড়ে যাবে আমার জন্য। তাদের দাবি স্বপ্ন আমার আমারই লড়তে হবে।

একদিন আমাকে খুঁজে পাবে কেউ কেউ। চোখে মুখে সেদিন তাদের হাসির রহস্য ভেসে উঠবে। তারা সেদিন অল্পের জন্য আমায় ভুলে যাবে ! জয় ধ্বনিতে মেতে উঠবে তার শহর। আমাকে পেয়ে সেই নীল রঙ একসময় পুরোনো ফ্যাঁকাসে মনেহবে তাদের, তাদের আর পছন্দ হবে না সেই নীল রঙের স্বপ্ন , তারা হলুদ রঙের স্বপ্ন দেখবে, হলুদ রঙ ছুড়ে মারবে মুখে উপর। আবার আমায় খুঁজবে পথে প্রান্তরে। আবার আমার জন্য তাদের চোখে মুখে ঘাম ঝড়বে। অবসাদ তাদের শেষ করে দিতে চাইবে। আমাকে পেয়ে অনেকে চক্র বানিয়ে ফেলবে। আমি চক্রকারে ঘুরবো!
সবাই আমার জন্য কাঁদবে, কেউ তীব্র হাসির উল্লাসে মেতে উঠবে আমার দেখা পেয়ে। বেশ সাংঘাতিক ব্যাপার হবে সেদিন!

But a young man form Kerala, India, sat with the bee's head and face for 4 hours. This unique feat has set a Guinness World Record. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, a bee lover named MS Nature had bees on his face and head. In this condition he spent four hours 10 minutes 5 seconds.
In an interview, he said, 'Bees are my best friend. I want others to think of them as friends. I have mastered the technique of making a house with bees since my father. I have been walking around with their faces and heads since I was 7 years old.'

Do you hear any whistling sound in your ears?
If there is any problem in the ear, one suffers from great discomfort. There are many who hear whistling in the ears. Many people hear sounds like the call of a beetle. And because of this there is a lot of discomfort.
A person with tinnitus often hears “ringing in the ears,” but they may also hear hissing, clicking, or whistling sounds. It can be temporary, or it can be chronic and persistent. It usually occurs after the age of 50 years, but children and adolescents can experience it, too.
Cause : Although the problem of tinnitus is in the ear, its origin is in the brain. Our brain is made up of many nurves. Each nerve works differently. The part of the brain through which sound is processed is called the auditory cortex. This part contains the 8th cranial nerve vestibulococcal.
Tinnitus can also be caused by problems with the inner ear cells. We have tiny ears inside our ears that move with sound waves. These cells send a kind of electrical signal to our brain through the 8th cranial nerve. The brain sends signals in response to these signals. That is why we hear the sound. If these hairs are torn or do not work properly, irregular and incorrect electrical impulses can reach the brain, causing the person with tinnitus to have an abnormal ear. As a result, a person with tinnitus can hear abnormal sound in the ear, such as a buzzing sound. Tinnitus can also be caused by a loud noises, dirt accumulation in the ears and abnormal bone growth in the ears.
Complications : Fatigue, stress, sleep problems, difficulty in concentrating, depression, anxiety and boredom.
Treatment : Physiotherapy treatment is very effective in this disease. Physiotherapy is a groundbreaking modern treatment without any side effects. There is a complete cure for tinnitus through physiotherapy. Physiotherapeutic exercises include rubbing 60-65 times from the back of the ear to the front with both hands. Keep the thumb straight and take it inside and outside the ear. Do this exercise 60-65 times. With both hands behind the head, press the head 60-65 times with the index finger on the high place just above the hole in the upper part of the neck. Then rub on both sides of the forehead 5-10 times. There are some trigger points on the back of the head, above the ears, and on the sides of the ears that can cause tinnitus within a few days of deepfriction.
Many of us listen to loud music on headphones, play musical instruments, use pistols and machine guns, which increases the risk of tinnitus. So you must use ear protection before doing these things.
You have to develop proper eating habits. In this case, drink plenty of water, quit smoking. Exercise everyday. Get proper physiotherapy treatment and stay healthy.

আমরা মানুষেরা বেশ অদ্ভুত!
খুব ভোরে উঠে একটা মানুষ তোমার খোঁজ নিচ্ছে। একটা সুন্দর সকাল শুরু করতে চায় তোমার কন্ঠে শুনে। ভাবা যায় ? সকাল নেই বিকেল নেই; সারাটা বেলা তোমাকেই নিয়ে আছে। কি অদ্ভুত ! তুমি নিশ্চয় তাকে নিয়ে খুব একটা ভাবো না। অথচ, সে তোমাকে নিয়ে কত কি যে ভেবে রেখেছে সে গল্প শুনলে আটকে উঠবে।
আমরা মানুষেরা খুব কেয়ার পাই। অনেক মানুষের মন পাই। জ্বর হলে কেউ একজন খুব কাঁদে। রাত জেগে দু'রাকাত নামায পড়েও তোমার জন্য প্রার্থনা করে। কি অদ্ভুত ! আচ্ছা ওপাশের মানুষটার শরীর খারাপ হলে তুমি চিন্তিত হয়ে রাত জাগো? চোখের জলেরা টুপ করে বেয়ে পড়তে চায় কখনো? নিশ্চয় না !
মানুষটার প্রতি তুমি কখনো আগ্রহ দেখাওনি; অথচ, তোমার প্রতি তার আগ্রহের শেষ নেই। মানুষটাকে তুমি দিনের পর দিন অবহেলা করে যাচ্ছো; অথচ, তোমার প্রতি তার ভালোবাসা একটুও কমেনি। একটুও না! ভাবা যায়? বেহাইয়ার মত এখনো সন্ধ্যে হলে তোমার কথা মনেপরে। সন্ধ্যে বেলা বারান্দায় দাঁড়িয়ে আকাশের মাঝে তোমায় খোঁজে।
মাঝেমাঝে রাত হলে বেরিয়ে দেখি ফুতপাতের রাস্তায় কতগুলো মানুষ ফুঁপোচ্ছে। জ্বরের শরীর শীতল হয়ে গেছে। কতগুলো মানুষ পাশ কেঁটে চলে যাচ্ছে! অথচ, তার মাথায় জলপট্রি দেবার কেউ নেই। শিশুটি খেতে পাইনি আজ তিনদিন; কেউ জানলো না সে কথা!
মা'হীন ছেলেটি খুব করে কাঁদে। মায়ের ভালোবাসার জন্য কাঁদে, মা'র সেই কেয়ারের জন্য কাঁদে। একদিন না খেয়ে ঘুমিয়ে গেলে মায়ের চিন্তার শেষ নেই; সে মায়ের জন্য কাঁদে।
কিছুকিছু ছেলেরা মায়ের জন্য কাঁদতে কাঁদতে হাঁপিয়ে পরে তবুও চোখের জল মুছে দেবার কেউ থাকেনা ।
অথচ, কত শ'ত অবহেলিত, বঞ্চিত মানুষের ভিরে তুমি একজন ভালোবাসার পাত্র হয়ে আছে; ভাবা যায় ! কত'টা সৌভাগ্য নিয়ে জন্মালে এমনটা হয়? কত'টা সৌভাগ্য নিয়ে এলে কেউ একজন দু'রাকাত নামায পড়ে তোমার জন্য টুপ কেঁদে দেয়? ঠিক কত'টা?
আমরা মানুষেরা একদিন কাঁদি, খুব কাঁদি -সে মানুষটার জন্য যে মানুষটা বেশ ক'দিন আগেও তোমার জন্য মধ্যরাতে নামায পড়ে কেঁদেছিল.... যে মানুষটা রাত জেগে তোমার চিন্তায় মত্ত থাকতো........ সে তাকে হারিয়ে তোমার রাত জেগে ভাবতে হয়...... যার ভালোবাসা তুচ্ছ করেছিলে সে ভালোবাসার জন্য কাঁদতে হয়, যে মানুষটাকে দূরে ঠেলে রেখেছো সে মানুষটা কাছে আসার তীব্র ইচ্ছে জন্ম নেয়। আমরা মানুষেরা বেশ অদ্ভুত! যে ভালোবাসা আবর্জনা বলে ফেলে দাওয়া হয় সে ভালোবাসার খুঁজতে পাগলের মত চোখের পানি জড়িয়ে খুঁজি । আমরা মানুষেরা বেশ ভয়াবহ! বেশ রকমের অযোগ্য !
যা আমরা ঘুমিয়ে দেখি তা স্বপ্ন, যা আমরা মনে দেখি তা ভালোবাসা ; আর যা আমরা চোখে দেখি তা পথের পথ খোঁজে, জীবনের পথ খোঁজে। আর আমাদের মস্তিষ্ক ভরে থাকে এই স্বপ্ন খেলাদেরই বিচরণ মেলা ।

বন্দরনগরী খ্যাত চট্টগ্রামের আলকরণ এলাকায় একটি ভাড়া বাসায় ১৯৪৭ সালে 'গভ. কমার্সিয়াল ইনস্টিটিউট' এর একটি অংশ হিসাবে এ কলেজের যাত্রা শুরু।এরপর ১৯৬৪ খ্রিস্টাব্দে স্ট্র্যান্ডরোডস্থ নাহার বিল্ডিং-এ এবং সবশেষে ১৯৬৫ খ্রিস্টাব্দ থেকে কলেজটি আগ্রাবাদের বর্তমান নিজস্ব ভবনে স্থানান্তরিত হয়।এরপর থেকেই ফুলে-ফলে,শিক্ষার্থীদের পদচারণায় আজকের এই মনোমুগ্ধকর ৫.১৬ একরের বিশেষায়িত প্রতিষ্ঠানের পথচলা।দীর্ঘ এ সময়ে কমার্স কলেজ নামে-সুখ্যাতিতে এক অনন্য উচ্চতায় উঠে এসেছে।ব্যবসায় শিক্ষা বিভাগের হাজার-হাজার শিক্ষার্থীর স্বপ্নের জায়গা কমার্স কলেজ।

সম্পর্কের শুরু যাইহোক, সম্পর্কটা সবসময় এমন ভাবে টেনে নেয়ে যাওয়া উচিত যেখানে গল্প শেষ হলেও সম্মানবোধ বেঁচে থাকবে। কারো প্রতি কারো অভিমান বাকি থাকবে না, রাগ থাকবে না ক্ষোভ থাকবে না। কোনো একটা তীক্ত অনুভূতি গ্রাস করবা না কাউকে।
সবটা বিশ্বাসবোধ দিয়ে শুরু করতে না পারলে কেউ কারো বিশ্বাস নিয়ে খেলতে যেও না। আমরা সৃষ্টিকর্তাকে না দেখে বিশ্বাস করতে পারি, তোমাকেও যেন তাই হয়। যাকে তুমি তোমার হৃদয় লিখে দিয়েছো তাকে তোমার সবটা দিও, তবে অবিশ্বাসীকে এক ছিটেফোঁটা ঘামের জল দিতে যেও না কখনো।
মানুষ মানুষে বেড়ে ওঠে কত শত সম্পর্ক আর চলতে থাকে কত টানাপোড়েনের হাহাকার। তবুও সম্পর্ক গুলো ভালো থাক। ওই তীব্র শীতে একি কাঁথা মুড়িয়ে ভালো থাক প্রতিটা সম্পর্ক। জৌৎস্না এলে বেড়িয়ে আসুক দু'জন, জানালায় রেলিং ধরে জমতে থাকুক কথা, তবুও আকাশের নিচে ফাঁকা যেন না থাকে।
পৃথিবীতে সম্পর্ক থেমে যেতে দেয়া সহজ। একটু একটু করে, একদিন দু'দিন কথা বন্ধ করে দিলে, মুঠোফোনের বার্তা ফেলে রাখলে সম্পর্ক দূরে চলে যায়। পৃথিবীতে প্রতিনিয়ত চলছে যুদ্ধ যুদ্ধ খেলা। কখনো প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বী থাকে কখনো কেউ কারো প্রতিদন্ধী নয়। তবুও যুদ্ধ চলে। মাঝেমধ্যে নিজেই হয়ে উঠি নিজের প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বী। নিজেকে গ্রাস করতে পারলেই যেন যুদ্ধ এবার জয় বয়ে আনবে।
সম্পর্ক একটা যুদ্ধের মত। সম্পর্ক শুরু যখন -তখন শহুরে পথে ভেসে যায় আনন্দের জলরাশি, সম্পর্ক শেষ হলেই নেমে আসে বিষাদের বর্ষণ; আর চালিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে করতে হয় যুদ্ধ, নিজের সাথে, তাঁর সাথে, এই বিশাল বিরূপ প্রকৃতির সাথে; কখনো যুদ্ধ বিরতি নেয় আবার কখনো অনবরত চলতে থাকে। সম্পর্কের শেষ হলে কেউ জিতে যায় না, হেরে যায় কিছু স্বপ্ন, স্মৃতিরা ম্লান হয়ে পড়ে থাকে, বিশুদ্ধ অনুভূতিতে জমতে থাকে তীক্ত বিষ।
সম্পর্কের শেষ করাটা কোনো সমাধান আমার কাছে না। শেষটা যদি সুন্দর হয় তবে সবটাই সুন্দর ছিল; শুধু পাশে ছিল না এই প্রকৃতি আর দু'জন দু'জনকে পাওয়ার পূর্ব মালিকানা স্বত্ব।

একদিন মরে গেলে কি হবে? একটু আকুট কাঁন্না হবে হয়তো। শহরে শহরে হয়তো এহলান বাজবে আমায় হারানোর। আমার জন্মের আজানের নামাজ হবে সেদিন। কেউ কেউ হয়তো একটা দু'টা কবিতা লিখবে। কাফন বিক্রেতা লিখবে তার হাসির গল্প। কেউ কেউ হেশট্যাগ দিয়ে বলবে, 'মানুষ তো ভালা আছিল না'
কেউ কেউ অশ্রু জড়াবে অজস্র। কেউ কেউ নির্ঘুম রাতে রাখবে প্রার্থনায় আমাকে।
একদিন মরে গেলে কি হবে? গুঁড়ি গুঁড়ি বৃষ্টি পড়বে হয়তো। আমি যখন মারা যাবো তখন হয়তো ভোর একদম। আজান শোনা যাচ্ছে, আমি তারপর মাথা নুয়ে প্রার্থনা করছি, তবে শেষ সেজদায় আমার আর উঠা হলো না। লজ্জিত রক্তিম সূর্যে আমার চোখ ডুবে যাবে হয়তো আধারে।
একদিন মরে গেলে কি হবে? জ্ঞানের অত সার্টিফিকেট গুলো সেদিন দিবে তো আমাকে শান্তি! যাদের পিছু যাহার পিছু জীবন দৌড়ে দৌড়ে ক্লান্ত করে আজ বসে পড়েছি তাঁরা আমাকে ফিরে দেখবে কি!
একদিন মরে গেলে কি হবে? কারা পরিকল্পনা আঁকবে আমায় নিয়ে। শত্রু সেদিন বিনা মোকাবেলায় পরাজিত হবে। কেউ কেউ অদ্ভুত কারনে জয়ের উল্লাস ফিরে পাবে। বন্ধুরা হয়তো পরিবারের পাশে থাকবে, খুব কাছের বন্ধু আমাকে বুকে রাখবে, দু'হাতে প্রার্থনার জ্বলে ভাসাবে আবার কেউ কেউ। আহা বন্ধু!
একদিন মরে গেলে কি হবে? আমি আর সেদিন আমার প্রেমের গল্প আয়েশ করে শোনাতে পারব না। প্রেমের পরাজয়ের গল্প সেদিন কারো মন বিষন্ন করে দেবে না। কারন বিষণ্ণ মানুষ তো আর নেই।
প্রেমিকারা কেউ কেউ হয়তো দেখতে আসবে। তাঁরা কেউ কেউ বলবে, ''বড় ভালোবাসত আমাকে'' আমি সেদিন মৃত মুখে মুছকি হেসে বলব, 'কি বোকা মানুষ! কি বলে এসব! বউ শুনলে তো জুতা পিটা সেও খাবে আমাকেও খাওয়াবে। দূর হ বেটি দূর হ!"
একদিন মরে গেলে কি হবে? বিষণ্ণতা অবসাদ পরাজয় পেড়িয়ে আমি মানুষটা আর দাঁত কেলিয়ে হাসব কেমন করে। জীবনে একসময় বুঝে ফেলেছি এক জীবনে অত বিষণ্ণ হয়ে গেলে, কষ্টের হাহাকারে যান্ত্রিক হয়ে গেলে জীবনে হাসির কমতি হয়ে যাবে। এরপর আমি শুধু হাসার উল্লাসে নিজেকে ডুবিয়ে রাখি। জীবনে অত সময় কাঁন্না করার জন্য রাখা হয়নি। জন্মাবো কাঁন্না করে মরার সময় তা হতে পারে না।
একদিন মরে গেলে কি হবে? মরে গেলে কি হবে সে গল্প আরো ক'বার লেখা যাবে। এখন জীবনে সুন্দর সুন্দর কাজ করতে হবে। একটা মানুষ আমাকে শিখেয়েছে জীবনে 'সততা এবং স্বচ্ছতা' মেনে চলতে হবে। সবচে' বড় কথা জীবন থেকে এই জীবনে মানুষ গুলো থেকে সবচেয়ে বড় যে শিক্ষা আমি পেয়েছি তা হলো ; একদিন যেহেতু মারাই যাবো সে এক জীবনে অত বিষণ্ণ অবসাদ আর পরাজয়কে আদর যত্ন করে পুষা যাবে না।
একদিন মরে গেলে কি হবে? সে গল্প রাখি; এখন প্রচুর হাসতে হবে, হাসি উল্লাসে জীবন ভাসিয়ে দিতে হবে; প্রেমিকা চলে গেলেও প্রচুর হাসতে হবে, যে তোমার কাছে কবিতা পেয়েও থাকেনি তাকে তুমি হাসির উল্লাসে উড়িয়ে দাও। আর তুমি জীবনে পদে পদে হাসির ধ্বনি ভাসিয়ে বেড়াও। এককথায় হাসতে হবে।
জীবনটা একটা অভিনয়ের
আমরা সবাই অভিনেতার কাতারের মানুষ। আমরা হই একেক জন অভিনেতা! আমাদের খুব সুন্দর করে গুছিয়ে অভিনয় করতে হয়। রঙ বেরঙ্গেরর অভিনয়!
জীবনটা একটা অভিনয়ের। সিনেমায় একটা শর্টকে কয়েকবার করে নিতে হয়। সিনেমার অভিনেতারা ভুল করে, সে ভুলের কোনো মাশুল নেই। মাঝেমাঝে জীবনের অভিনয়ে ভুল করা যায় না, ভুল করলে ভুগতে হয়, মাশুল দিতে হয়। জীবন নিয়ে প্রতিটা পদে দু'বার বেশি ভাবতে হয়। প্রতিটা পদে চিন্তাশীল হতে হয়। বাস্তবে অভিনয়কারীকে নিখুঁত হতে হয়, ভুল হলে হয়তো বিরাট মাশুল অপেক্ষা করে।
পৃথিবীতে মানুষেরা একেক জন একেক রকম ভাবে অভিনয় করে। দুঃখীরা অভিনয় করবে, সুখীরাও অভিনয় করবে ! মানুষ হাসতে হাসতে অভিনয় করে, কাঁদতে কাঁদতে অভিনয় করে; ভাবা যায়? কাঁদতে কাঁদতে অভিনয় করার মত ভয়ঙ্কর দৃশ্য !
দু'ধরনের অভিনেতা আমার কোনো কালেই পছন্দ না। যারা কেঁদে কেঁদে চোখের জল অযথা নষ্ট করে, আর যারা প্রচন্ড সুখে ডুবেও অভিনয় করে। এদের'কে সাংঘাতিক মানুষের কাতারে রাখলে আমার তেমন ভুল হবে না !

'আমি ভালো আছি!' বলা মানুষের সবাই ভালো না। তবে বলা যায় না, 'আমি খারাপ আছি!'
মানুষকে কষ্ট বুঝতে দেওয়া যায় না। মানুষকে আমাদের ভেতরটা বুঝতে দেওয়া যায় না।
প্রচন্ড মন খারাপের রাতে মুখ কেলিয়ে বলতে হয়, 'আমার কিছু হয়নি'
হতাশায় ডুবে থেকেও নিজেকে আশাশীল দেখাতে হয়।
ইচ্ছে না থাকা সত্তেও চোখের কাঁন্না মুছে বলতে হয়, 'চল নেমে পড়ি।'
খুব বেশি রাগ দেখিয়ে চলে যাওয়া মানুষটা আসলে রাগান্বিত ছিল না, ভেতরে সে ভালোবাসার কাঁন্নায় জর্জরিত ছিল; জাস্ট তোমাকে শুধরে নেওয়ার জন্য এমনটা করা।
মাঝেমাঝে বুকের মধ্যে তীব্র অনুভূতি ভরা ভালোবাসা নিয়েও বলতে হয়, 'আমি তোমাকে ভালোবাসি না।' কি অদ্ভুত! এমন মানুষও হয়! আহা!
সুখের সাগরে ডুবেও যারা অভিনয় করে, কাঁদতে কাঁদতে জল ভাসিয়ে দেয়; এদের নিয়ে আমার কোনো ভাবনা নেই। এ জগতে সেসব মানুষগুলো বেশি সাংঘাতিক! হাসতে হাসতে অভিনয় করা মানুষ গুলোর ভেতরে হাসি নেই, কিছু দুঃখীদের চোখ দেখে বুঝা যায়না সে আসলে দুঃখী মানুষ।
হাসতে হাসতে অভিনয় করা মানুষ গুলো কারো জীবন নষ্ট করার জন্য এমনটা করে সে ব্যাপারে আমার খুব একটা জানা নেই, বরং হাসতে হাসতে তারা অন্যকে ভালো রাখার অভিনয় করে, ভয়াবহ রকমের অভিনয় ! মজার ব্যাপার হচ্ছে, হেসে হেসে অন্যকে ভালোরাখার অভিনেতার হাসি দেখে মনে হবে কোনো উজ্জল ঘোর কালো অমবস্যা ভেসে উঠেছে একধরনের সুন্দর অফুলের মত নীলাকাশে.... এরা নিজের দুঃখ মেঘের পেছনে লুকিয়ে রাখে.... এরা চায় না কেউ তার অসুখের চেহারা দেখে অসুখী রকমের অভিনয় করুক ।
মাঝেমাঝে প্রিয় মানুষটাকে দূরে ঠেলে কষ্ট দিতে হয়, নিজের কষ্টের মাঝে জড়িয়ে তার কষ্ট বাড়ানো যায়না। তাকে কষ্ট দিতে হয়, হাসতে হাসতে বিদায় দিতে হয় প্রিয় মানুষটাকে, মাঝেমাঝে স্বার্থপর হতে হয়।
ভাল থাকার ভালো রাখার বিরাট অভিনয় হয় এই শহরে। কেউ ভালো না থেকে ভালো থাকার অভিনয় করে, আবার কেউ স্বার্থের আকাশে একাই ঘুড়ি উড়ানোর জন্য অভিনয় করে। কারো কারো আবার অভিনয় একদম পছন্দ না; তারা চুপ !
পৃথিবীতে সব মানুষই চিন্তাশীল রকমের
পৃথিবীতে সব মানুষই চিন্তাশীল রকমের। তারা বেশ চিন্তা করে... কত রকমের কত যে চিন্তা.... গুণে শেষ হবে বলে আমার মনেহয় না। যে মানুষ'টা আজ বিখ্যাত হয়ে আছে সেও একজন চিন্তাশীলের কাতারে পড়বে।
চিন্তাশীল হলেই হয়না.... চিন্তা করেই যেতে হয়.... থামা যাবে না, একদম না!
কবিরা চিন্তা করে -বৃষ্টি কেন পড়ছে? আকাশ কাঁদে? আচ্ছা বৃষ্টি কি আকাশের কাঁন্নার নাম? আমাদের কাঁন্নার নাম কি দেওয়া যায়? বৃষ্টি বা ঝর্না..! আচ্ছা ওই বাড়ির রুপবতী কাঁন্না করে কেন! তারও কি আকাশ আছে? এমন কি হয় না, এটা আকাশ, আকাশ বেয়ে নেমে পড়ে রুপবতীর কাঁন্না!
তাদের মধ্যে এক বেশ যোগসূত্র আছে। একটা কবিতা লেখা যায়। কবি ভাবছে কবি লিখছে. কবিতার নাম , 'বৃষ্টি নামের ছদ্মবেশী রুপবতীর কাঁন্নারা আকাশ বেয়ে টুপ করে ঝড়ে পড়ে!'

চিন্তাশীল মানুষ'দের একটা সমস্যা সবসময় থাকে। তারা একটা ব্যাপার নিয়ে পরে থাকতে একদম পছন্দ করেনা, তারা অনেক কিছু নিয়ে চিন্তা করবে... অনেক রকম রঙ নিয়ে তাদের হবে সমস্যা।
- আচ্ছা ওটা কি রঙ?
- কালো!
- কালো রঙের নাম কালো কেন?
মাঝেমাঝে জট বাধে! একুল-ওকুল খুঁজে না পেয়ে খুব হতাশায় ডুবে যেতে হয়। চিন্তাশীল মানুষদের সমস্যা হচ্ছে তারা বেশ হতাশাগ্রস্ত। হরেক রকম চিন্তা কখনো সফল হবেনা, দশটা চিন্তার একটা ভালো হবে বাকি নয়টা নিয়ে তাকে ডুবে যেতে হবে হতাশায়।

আমি বরং ওসব মানুষের কাতারে পড়ি না। সমাজের কাতারে তো নয়-ই! মানুষ চিন্তা করবে, সমাজ, সমাজের মানুষ, সমাজের আমিকে নিয়ে! আমি বরং এসব কাতারে যেতে পারি না।
চিন্তাশীল ব্যাপারটা আমার জন্য না!
মাঝেমাঝে একা একা রাস্তা মাপি। এক পা দু'পা করে ন'হাজার তেতাল্লিশ পা! মাঝেমাঝে ঘন্টার পর ঘন্টা হাঁটি। পাঁচ টাকা বাঁচানোর জন্য নয়, বরং অভ্যেস; বদ অভ্যেস! হুট করে রাস্তার একটা মানুষ দেখে কেমন যেন লাগলো.... সে কেমন টুপটাপ করে টাইপিং করে লিখে ফেলি কোনরকম চিন্তাভাবনা ছাড়া। আগে চিন্তা করতাম -এখন হয় না, চিন্তা করা আমার জন্য বেশ ভয়াবহ সমস্যা। মজার ব্যাপার হচ্ছে চিন্তাহীন লেখা গুলো মানুষ খুব ভালোভাবেই নিচ্ছে! খারাপ না! অচিন্তাশীলদের একটা সমস্যা তারা পৃথিবীর জন্য না। তারা সমাজের জন্য না, তারা অসামাজিক কাতারের মানুষ!

Hello guys. Today I'm going to talk about Chalanda Giripath. It is located about 3 km west of Chittagong University.

The location of Chalanda Giripath is behind Chittagong University. There are basically two trails in Chalanda Giripath. At tge beginning, after walking for about one hour along the Giripath, the first Giripath on the left, it will take about two hours to return after finishing it. When you come to the main waterway again and start walking on the right or straight path, after about 40 minutes again on the right again the 2nd Giripath. Basically this is the main Chalanda Giripath. If you start walking on the trail, you will not know when it will be from morning to afternoon!
Caution :
It is safest to go in groups. There are leeches in the hilly area water, take the courage and preparation to deal with the leeches. It is better to keep drinking water and some dry food with it. And of course you can't leave dirt at the end of the meal.

Everyday two trains run alternatively to the city and campus. This shuttle train revolves around the story of happiness and sorrow of thousands of students.
