What is the problem with the economy of Old School Runescape?

Items in OSRS going to worth less in a scary rate because of the high deflation what is caused by the incredible number of bots who's increasing the supply of the market and with that the basic crafting materials just worth less and less while the demand is low even compared that OSRS have a much larger player base than RS3.
This effect causing a high deflation rate which is bad for new players who's want to earn some money from skills like mining, crafting and smithing, since bots just doing it all the time with no basic needs.
While the supply is increasing the demand can't grow because it's based mostly on the real players and not crafting and smithing bots.

Deflation is good at some point since you can buy more items for less money, it sounds great, but in long term it can harm the game itself since the whole game is based on it's own market. The differences between the prices is terrible in some cases, high tier items and equipement prices are not decreasing as fast as basic crafting supplies, so people who want to make money for the best gear trough skilling can't do anything about it, and because of this making money trough skilling is nearly impossible now.
The best money making method is grinding bosses but because most of them requires a really high combat level and good gear some players can't really achieve it even in a year of gaming time to start grinding some bosses in the hope to get some really expensive gear to sell on the GE.
This effect also causing some problems in the way that OSRS had became a really PVP and boss oriented while skilling is just became pointless in some cases, of course we can still make some cash from some skills but in overall, some materials are just still expensive which can't be botted and this is the reason why deflation is a problem in the case of the basic materials like ores, logs and some basic equipement.
Also to grind bosses you also need at least CB 90 which is going to take a lot of time and supplies, but how do you gonna get your supplies if you don't have the required money for it?

Jagex doesn't really seems like to fix this problem while it can be easy, but some part of the player base just ignorant about some necessary modificiations and updates in OSRS in order to balance the market because that would harm their childhood memories about the game while their ignorance is leading the game market into a total crash in the near future.
This rate of deflation will going to lead us into a disaster as the game will be harder and harder for low level players to achieve anything.

Overall the latest updates just gave me some hope like the shooting stars update and Tempoross the fishing skill boss. For mining and fishing there is an alternative way to earn some good experience without issues, but the question is why Jagex won't add more skilling bosses to mid-game and help the players to have an alternative way to level their skills?

There should be some solutions in order to fix the botting problem by releasing some updates. For example they should put a sales tax on the most sold items in the grand exchange or by releasing more skill related quests/minigames/contracts to earn money and experience without trading on the grand exchange. Also it would be really usefull if slayer masters will also give the player some money reward after slaying tasks so making money on low level slaying would be much better than collecting, now worthless items. The fact is that Jagex doesn't really following the game market and players needs while it's clear that players are really happy for each PvE and skilling updates.

All what we can do now is wait and see what's gonna happen to our favorite childhood game.
