Sleeping is a practice we all engage in whether we like it or not. It is the time our body reboot after a long day. 


Sleeping is a major part of our lives and the way we sleep matters a lot when it comes to having a quality sleep.




There are many sleeping posture known to man and each has its own benefits and downsides.


If you have some health issues like heart problems it is best to ask your doctor the best position to sleep.


If you always have trouble sleeping, snore while sleeping or experience sleep apnea, wake up feeling tired or with a stiff neck, lower back pain, and joint pain e.t.c sometimes all you need is a change in your sleeping posture.




Have you ever slept in the same bed with a snorer? 🤣🤣


Gosh it keeps you awake for long  and deprive you of a good quality sleep.




When it comes to pregnancy, not all sleeping posture is advisable especially  sleeping on your belly or on your back even if it's for just few minutes. It is said to have  a negative effect on your baby.




There are also few habits you should practice to ensure quality sleep like:



  1. Avoid too much intake of caffeine


  2. Regular exercise is essential


  3. Organise a sleeping schedule that will help you feel relax before going to bed.



​If you have no issue with your current sleep posture, then there is no need changing it.


Your sleeping posture matter more than you know and it is best to see a doctor when you experience difficulty sleeping or you wake up feeling weak.
