My two brothers and cousins just came home from the sea because they caught fish with a net and they caught quite a lot. I am currently in a laboratory to do BCG, urinalysis and hepa-B test. These three are the ones I lack in passing my requirements for my current job. I need to have a good laboratory result on them to make sure I am fully physically fit indeed. But the rain is also very heavy here in the town where I am now and the canals have almost overflowed and other streets have also flooded.

I just finished taking a blood for use in my BCG and Hepa-B test. I don't know if I'm scared or not but I feel a little nervous every time I see a needle being inserted into my body😁. This is really what I don't like about this test in the laboratory because a lot will be taken from us, first the poop, then the urine and now the blood. What else do they need?🤔

These are the foods for snack I saw what I passed earlier in town while I was walking in town, I thought it would be good for my wife and child and I wanted to buy but I suddenly remembered that they were not at home because they were at the mother-in-law's house now. LIFTING A 40 POUNDS DUMBELL! I'm still have 4 hours before my duty at my work will start so I still have time to work-out even just for a few sets. This is a 40 pound dumbell that I am currently lifting for my tricep. It is just right for my strength. This coming Friday is the day where our seminar is scheduled for companies guidelines and what we should know about the company where I work now. The parcel we ordered from the lazada a online store has arrived. This is a case of my wife's realme 7 phone and it only costs almost $ 6 or almost Php300 including the delivery fee. We had a meeting earlier within my work because someone wanted to share and our manager wanted to tell us something about the company’s new implementations. One of those rules is the ban of using of cell phones during work hours. It is said that there is a store branch that has customer who complained because it is not entertained properly because the cashier was using her cellphone. I just finished washing the dishes we used last night while waiting for the food I was cooking to cook. Here in the province not because we live here is already abundant in water, no. Even here, people have a hard time getting clean water to drink and use in their homes. Although anywhere here it is possible to dig and make a well to be a source of water but it is still not enough because it is not sure if it is really safe to drink. I FINALLY GOT HOME SAFELY!🏡😌 Now it's time for our breakfast and for me to sleep well because I really haven't slept all night because we need to finish our work. Night shift again! It's almost midnight but we still have a lot of products and we haven't run out yet. Earlier I actually slept most of the day and I just woke up because I felt hungry. So after I ate lunch I went back to sleep because my eyes were still a bit sore, and it seemed like tomorrow I would be able to do the same.😔😴

I slept for more than three hours and just woke up to eat my breakfast, and now I am in bed again and soon I will go back to sleep because my eyes are still a bit sore. What I do when my schedule is night shift is I eat a lot so I don't lose weight, I lose weight really fast when I'm lack of sleep. Nice morning noisers, how are you all?

It was a very beautiful day this morning but now it suddenly rained heavily. Even despite the heavy rain, there is still sunlight coming from the west so the surroundings is still bright. I hope later when I get home it will stop because I might get wet again. It's hard to get sick because when I can't go to work I also don't earn money for my family.

Grilled chicken 🍗🐔 for dinner with my co-workers, it's normal here at my work for each shift colleague to contribute money to buy a dish, especially during dinner time. Earlier, everyone was feeling a bit hungry so we didn't buy raw food and just bought a whole grilled chicken ready to eat. There are six of us together so each of us doesn't have to spend a lot of money.😊

I am currently watching the slaughter of the carabao here near the river. It is very pitiful when such animals are slaughtered because they have no choice no matter what else they do. The reason of the owner of this carabao why they slaughter it because it's no longer eats grass and might just die and not be useful so they decided to just sell its meat and to get the investment back.

Because someone slaughtered a carabao here earlier, I bought more than two kilos of its meat. I'm going to make this steak and now I'm just going to marinate it first and maybe tomorrow I'll cook it. For other meats mixed with bones, I will put vegetables with broth or better known as "nilaga".😊😋

My third day of being a night shift at my work. Work is really tiring every night because I always seem to think about the soft pillow and our bed. My son was asleep when I left while my wife was taking care of me to go to work. It's hard for me to leave when it's bedtime.

Time check, it's now already 3:30 in the morning and it's only two and a half hours and my duty time will end. I'm already feeling a bit drowsy and to get rid of my drowsiness I'm currently tying this lemongrass so that it can later be placed inside the roasted chicken to get rid of the fishy smell of chicken. With a little patience, I can go home and sleep in our house.😄

I just finished eating my breakfast and I am really grateful to my wife because when I came home from work she was already preparing food for my breakfast. And as I eat I seem my eyes close by itself because of the extreme drowsiness I feel now. I will just rest for a while before I go to sleep to somewhat absorb what I ate in my stomach first. I am also thankful to the Lord because he guided me on my way home here using my motorcycle.😊
