My duty time is from 9 pm to 6 am and it is better called night shift. It was one of the hardest schedules as an employee but nothing could be done because this was the given schedule for me. Maybe tomorrow I'll just sleep all day but our sleep during the day is really different compared to our sleep at night, right?😴
