Time check, it's now already 3:30 in the morning and it's only two and a half hours and my duty time will end. I'm already feeling a bit drowsy and to get rid of my drowsiness I'm currently tying this lemongrass so that it can later be placed inside the roasted chicken to get rid of the fishy smell of chicken. With a little patience, I can go home and sleep in our house.😄

That's really indeed good for roasted chicken. It does not just remove unpleasant smell of the chicken but it also enhanced the flavor
