Hi , what about you all? Hope all are good. Today i like share some topic about our life style.

What is life style?
That way we lead our life and maintain a certain routine in daily life.
Is everyone have ideal life style?
No , not at all. Actually some people try to maintain it but can not perform because of their busy tight schedule.
How one can modify their life style?
By doing some specific and easy way that we can perform very easily in spite of our busy work pressure. They are like:
1. Try to maintain a diet chart that contain less carbohydrate , moderate protein and fat.
2. Avoid sugar and try to drink lemon juice in warm water that reduce fat.
3. Perform any exercise like plank exercise or aerobic workout that need little bit time.
4. If you are quite lazy then you can walk at morning for 30-45min.
5. Try to avoid fast food,spicy items and oily food and hangout in restuarant.
6. If you are alcholic from today at this moment you forget it.
7. Last but not least you must check your weight regularly.
Thats all ,next time i tell you about some other trick regard this.
Who can not maintain these , do not dishearted. There are some trick for you next time.
