Ingredients - Half a cup of lentils, half a teaspoon of ginger paste, 8 dried peppers, 1 piece of cinnamon, 2 pieces of cardamom, 1 cup of onion, 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves, 3 cups of flour, salt to taste and oil for frying, according to the amount of water.
Method - Boil half to one-quarter cup of water, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom and salt on low heat. When the pulses are boiled and dry, shake well. Remove the cinnamon and cardamom. Pulses with hands. Fry the dried chillies in oil. Bake 1 cup onion. Mix fried chillies, barista, coriander leaves and salt with pulses. Grind the flour with 2 teaspoons of salt and 8 tablespoons of oil (if you want to soften the dalpuri without crushing, add 2 more tablespoons of oil to the flour) and knead the flour with 1 cup of water from half a cup. Soften the yeast. Divide flour and pulses evenly. Fill the pulses in the middle like a round bowl with one part flour and close the mouth. Do it all this way. Put light oil on the dough. Take a ball of flour filled with one of the stalks and close the mouth and lower the balloon. Be careful not to let the pulses come out. Deep fry the dalpuri in oil over medium heat. Serve with sauce, chutney or pickle
