My sister is not my friend back then. We have a one year gap but we didn't get along pretty well. As a kid, we would fight about petty household chores like washing the dishes and she disliked that I would be a tail of her wherever she wants to go. She didn't like me to go with the same college as her. But she wasn't the boss so she needed to adjust that time. But she managed to look for a boarding house for me that is different from hers. When her classmates would see me, they would instantly identify me as her sister but she would insist and tell them jokingly that I'm just a cousin.

She would tell that I was our parent's favorite and she hated me for that. She would tell me that I'm just adopted. You know, the typical teleserye stories our elder siblings tell us to just annoy and pissed us off before. Haha. She doesn't like me to be with my friends too and hang out with them. She didn't like my friends. Though, she hates me. She likes my brother and they get along pretty well.

My sister is a shy-type at home. She won't be asked to buy something in the store nearby our house because she didn't want to. She would just pass the chore to us, her younger siblings. You won't see her talking with our neighbors. She just stays at home, sleeps, goes to church and play the piano, visit grandma and goes to school.

When she was graduating in college, she was fond of having great time with friends. She spent time with friends she can relate with. Those friends are mostly from the same religion as we are. She likes to play musical instruments and jamming is her favorite. Together with her friends, they would visit some church's fellowship and play music there.

She started playing the piano when she was in highschool and by that time she would always render service at church and at school.

She is the first grandchild in our father's side that is why she is loved dearly by our grandma. As a kid, she would spend her weekend at grandma's house because grandma would always cook good food when she is around. She would get extra penny too when she would accompany grandma at her house as she is living alone.

When we were studying college, whenever she would feel like buying something that is out of our parent's budget, she would instantly run to grandma for help and for financial assistance. Of course, grandma can't resist her because she is charming and she looks sweet. Our grandma only lacks sweetness that whenever you show it to her, she would instantly give in.

She did great in her classes too that everybody in the family expects something big about her. Oh, scratch that, even when you are not doing great in school, the fact that you are admitted and currently studying, people would really expect something about you.

The funny thing that I can remember about her back then is that she serves the Lord conditionally. She would tell us in the middle of our meal that if she won't win in the science fair or if she won't be a 1st honor, she would stop going to church. lol. That is how my sister is. She has a certain kind of attitude that stands out.lol.
