You hear it allot "drink ample water for glowing skin" but today it will be beyond drinking 9 glass of water aday.

Okay so who doesn't want to look dazzlingly young? ofcourse everyone and you dear reader if you don't agree then unfortunately this article isn't for you because today we will be just talking about looking younger and good.

"NATURALLY"

Before jumping into my article I will want you all to know that beauty resides inside, it's not how you look or what you wear. Beauty is how you feel inside and how generously you treat others.

There is a famous saying;

"When inner beauty exceeds the outward beauty - it creates a magical dance in the heart"

Be a beauty that radiate light in it's surrounding with good deeds and good gesture.

Talking about aging, as people start to age their skin start loosing collagen( a type of protein) this collagen helps to keep your skin tight so this is the reason why wrinkles starts to appear around our eyes and on other parts of your body. The question which arise here is how to maintain good skin then?

In the quest of answer to this question I started a mini survey, where I reached some people from my day to day life and read some articles about some celebes who looks really younger than their real age.

After collecting the data and analyzing it I short listed some tricks and remedies that were common in all these people.

  • Ice cubes water:

    Yes you heard me right, you must have been seeing this people putting their face in a bowl of ice cubes and water holding it for pretty 15 seconds. This isn't a myth, I'm telling you this really words cold water helps increasing the blood flow in your skin and more blood flow in skin leads to better protection from pollution.

By doing so your skin will look healthy. Some famous celebrities who uses this trick are Katrina Kaif and Anna Hathway.

  • Plum extract:

    Now this was something new for me when heard it for the first time. I have seen people putting cucumber pastes, orange paste and have honey on their face but putting plum extract? What good can plum do to your skin?

    Well the answer is very exciting, plum contains very rich amount of vitamin C this vitamin when applied on your skin helps in making new cells in your face, as we age our cells ages too so vitamin C is very important to rejuvenate your skin. Simply mash some plum in a bowl add honey and apply it to your skin.

  • Sleep on your back:

    When I talked to some women most of them said their sleeping posture had played a vital role in aging them less. I researched on it and was shocked to know that this position really helps in maintaining youthful skin. According to some specialists this position due to wrinkles-inducing friction prevents appearing wrinkles your face and body. Isn't it exciting? Rihanna is among the celebs who does so, doesn't her skin look pretty, young and youthful?

There were also some other preferences people shared their stories about like opting for surgery and laser but In my consideration they are of no use as they cost million of dollars and you will end up looking like someone else.

Dear as you know , when we feed our body it works good doesn't get tired and functions but we have to continuously feed it we can't have all the food at once and then don't eat anything for life. well same goes for our skin as long as we are treating our skin good it will look good when we stop taking care of it then it will go back to the condition in which it was. So try to make few changes in your day to day routines add these tips In a week week or twice a week routine.
