When trying to publish/update an article ( Sorry, your account is not allowed to post links) it shows. So I could not publish/update the article! What is the reason for showing this? And how can the solution be done? If anyone knows, please let me know

Hey there, Is your issue solved yet? Mine too. I exactly have the same problem like you. I cannot post my entry. It has been few months I keep trying and trying. Still same. It pops up,''Sorry, your account is not allowed to post links'' :(
