My morning weekend routine

Sorry for being inactive just got busy in the office and some stuff that I need to finish I just visit here when I have free time, especially on my rest days which are weekends.
Just want to share with you guys my weekend routine and how I maintain my body shape and peace of mind.
I woke up every Saturday at exactly 5:30 AM to spend time outside to do exercise and meditation since I was located in a mountainous area I often do a lot of exercises outside I took advantage of the place and the beauty of the environment.

This is a Mountain climber exercise. It targets the core or abdominal muscle.
you can do 30 seconds to 1 minute or you can do 12 reps for 3 sets.
This one is a Cross mountain climber exercise just like the first one, but the difference is you have to extend your glutes and legs and then twist them side by side.

It's so easy to start meditating.
First,
Take a seat and make sure you are comfortable (Indian sit is the most common setting for this)
Set a time limit. If you are just beginning much better to set a time limit of 5-10 minutes it's up to you.
Notice your body. Maintain your balance and make sure that your position is stable
Feel your Breathe. You have to follow the sensation of your breath as it goes in and as it goes out or inhales exhale method.
Wander. Keep your mind wandering from place to place.
Close with gestures. Once you stop wandering and get back to the place open your eyes slowly. Feel your body and how it feels as well as your thoughts and emotions.
The key to meditation is:
Focus, wanders, breathing and calmness.
That's it! That's how it gets done but you can try other methods I just share my own technique and hope it helps :)
