For the pudding cream:
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
2 1/4 cups whole milk
3 large egg yolks, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Procedure
Mix all the wet ingredients and continually stir until the desired thickness is achieved.
Put pudding cream in the bottom of a box container.
Add a layer of ulkër biscuits.
Repeat this until the layer reached the top.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Ready to serve.
