" Chicken adobo with a twist "

Good evening to all of you guys.✋

This night I wanted to share my viand for tonight. It's simple and I guarantee that each of you would love it.

But first, I'm gonna say how this receipt come up in my mind. This morning, my father-in-law asked me to buy our lunch for today so he gives me a 1k or 1000 peso bill( 20 dollars). He said that it will be good if I can buy it for our dinner either so that I am not going out twice to buy it.

So while I am walking I am thinking about what dish I will cook that will save money too. When I was about near into the store where I can buy our dish I look into the chicken and ask for the price, then the vendor or seller said it's only 85 per half a kilo if it's for me (nambola pa yung nagtitinda) so I decided to buy a chicken, it cost for 141 pesos but he said it's only 140 so I save 1 peso for the chicken.☺then I saw chayote then I'll buy it too. Then I'll find chili leaf and ginger too. Along the way, I decided to make two versions of the meal on that chicken I was bought. So I decided to look for a wrapper, a lumpia wrapper rather.


Btw in my way, I got the feeling that I need to buy some tickets for a 3D lottery game. there is a lot of game in the PCSO, they had 2D, 4D, 6D, and the main game which is lotto. In the lotto game, there were different games you can select. They had 6/42,6/45,6/49,6/55 and lastly 6/58. But the one I bought at that moment is only for a 3D game, I'll pay 10 pesos on the number 311. I had a feeling that I got lucky with the number 311 coz they always appear every time I saw in my surroundings. In addition, the lottery game was a time selection, there's a three-time category which is 2 PM, 5 PM, and the last 9 PM. I choose 2 PM coz I badly need the money if I won that time, I can easily claim it if I won.

Bad sadly I had the wrong choice of game, the number I would bet was won but isn't in 3D because it wins on a 2D game. The number na lumabas sa 3D was 880 while in 2D was 31-11 is in it funny.😅😅 I need to add one more one so that it will be in 2D. But clearly, it won't for me, coz if it's for me it will happen. Isn't the right time for me.😅


So back into the topic.

Our viand for tonight was Chicken adobo with a twist. Why it has a twist because I wrapper it like Shanghai. So you can call it Chicken adobo Shanghai.😅

For the menu all you need to do is;

Chicken

All I have is 4 mini sizes on a part of a chicken then I sliced it into a mini size too. But before that, I boiled it with some salt.

Potato

Chop it into mini size

Onion and garlic

Like potato, you need to chop these two ingredients into a mini size

Vinegar and soy sauce

Pepper to taste.

Lastly, lumpia wrapper, wrap the finished product.

Procedure;

  • You need to saute the onion and garlic in the pan.

  • If you notice that the garlic will be golden brown and onion too, but the potato then mix it.

  • When the potato is cook put a slice of chicken meat on the pan then mix it.

  • The chicken is already cooked so I need to put some soy sauce and vinegar a little bit only then add pepper to taste. And cover it until it boiled.

  • Taste it if the taste is Pasok sa last mo, close the stove and wait for it to cool. So that you can proceed to the next step which is to wrap it in a lumpia wrapper.

  • After you finish it you can fry it into the pan. Wait until it will be golden brown.

Voila you have a chicken adobo shanghai

I hope you enjoy it, I used only four mini sizes of chicken on that receipt. I had 9 pieces of chicken when I bought it some of them I used to cook in our lunch which is "Tinolang manok" then the rest part I used it into chicken adobo Shanghai. It cost only 220 pesos (Philippines money) for our lunch and dinner meal. We are 6 people to eat in lunch then we become 7 people when my mother in law was home from her job into the factory.

😁salamat sis, mga 20 plus yan kagabi sis kaso yan nalang natira. Ewan ko kung meron pa sa baba kasi sabi ng anak ko kagabi ma ayan na ulam ko ulit bukas.😅😅 kapiranggot na chicken meat langbysn sis mga 4 pcs then hinawa ko ng malilit para dumamin naglagay din akon patatas. The bad news is, about sa nephew ko. May colon cancer siya. So he needs chemo treatment. Kaya ayun yung pagkakagastusannang good news naman is okay ang inang test niya maari na raw siya umuwi para magpabalik balik nalang dun sa chemo niya. Hope makayanan ng nephew ko ang chemotherapy.

Sa luto ko naman sis oo sis masarap siya. Malasa narin siya kaya kahit isa o dalawang piraaso solve na. Tipid din kasi yjng ginamit ko diyan na meat is yung tira sa 9 na parte. Kailangan kasi magtipid.
