Exercise Daily
We know that exercise is important in our daily lives, but we may not know what the benefits are to our body.
We must remember that man evolved from being a nomad. Our first ancestors lived in antiquity. They have to work every day to find something to eat, and to move from place to place where they have enough to live on.
It just shows that our body is designed to move and be active not occasionally but daily.
Over time, there is a problem with the movement and movement that the body needs. Thanks to the nature of work and modern living, more time is spent texting, chatting, watching TV, and occupations that need to sit all day. As a result, the body movements should be reduced.
Exercise should be done regularly. There is no drug that can match the benefits of exercise:
1. Increases your energy level.
Exercise strengthens and strengthens the cardiovascular system. Improves blood circulation by getting enough oxygen and nutrients for the muscles. Good work of the cardiovascular system, high energy for you.
2. Strengthens your muscles.
Staying active maintains strong muscles and joints. Tendons and ligaments are also made flexible for easier movement and to avoid injuries. When your muscles and ligaments are strong you can avoid joint pain and back pain. Your balance and coordination are also good.
3. Maintain the right weight.
When you move a lot, you also burn more calories. Muscles develop well and metabolic rate improves. The result is weight loss and good body.
4. Improves brain function.
Improves blood flow and oxygen levels in the brain during exercise. There are also brain chemicals or hormones that the brain releases when exercising which improves the level of concentration, good memory, proper judgment and proper reasoning. Exercise also helps to prevent depression that can lead to Alzheimer’s disease.
5. Exercise is good for the heart.
Exercise lowers LDL (bad cholesterol) and raises HDL (good cholesterol), also lowers blood pressure so less stress on the heart. Regular exercise along with proper nutrition can reduce the risk of developing coronary heart disease.
6. Exercise strengthens the immune system.
Exercise improves the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the body. In this way the necessary fuel supplies the cells that are resistant to bacteria and viruses.
7. Prevents arthritis when staying active.
Weight bearing exercises such as walking, running or weight tranings are exercises needed to prevent arthritis such as osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.
8. Get a good night's sleep when you can exercise.
Every time you get tired as a result of exercise, you get a better night's sleep.
When you get enough sleep, you improve your overall health and reduce stress.
9. Improves mood and feeling with regular exercise.
Every time the body becomes active, endorphins are stimulated and released which gives a light feeling and relax mind. This way your mood improves and your stress level decreases.
10. Being fit slows down the aging process.
Physical activity is said to reduce inflammation in the body in connection with weakness, disease and aging. When a person is physically active, the level of inflammation in the body decreases, causing a person to remain strong and young.
Exercise is recommended five times a week. This includes walking, running, swimming, cycling or sports such as basketball, badminton, volleyball etc.
Examples of moderate intensity exercise are:
Brisk walking (100 steps / minute)
Dancing
Swimming or aqua aerobics
Gentle cycling (5-9mph)
Badminton or doubles tennis
Volleyball
Examples of vigorous intensity exercise are:
Running
Power walking at 5mph or more, or walking uphill briskly
Cycling fater than 10mph
Aerobics
Martial arts
Competitive sports (football, basketball, rugby etc.)
Skipping / jump rope
