Fruit is an important part of the diet. The truth is, having a high diet when it comes to fruits is associated with all the health benefits.

This includes the impact on health to prevent a person from getting sick. The only concern is the sugar content of the fruit which worries that it may be overdone with food which can have a detrimental effect on health. The question is how many servings of fruit should you eat a day to be healthy? Is it possible to eat a lot of fruits especially if the favorite fruit is only seasonal.

It is always safe to eat fruit unless there is intolerance or the doctor forbids certain types of fruits that are limited in amount or only pieces should be eaten.
