I'll stay.
***Hello beautiful people!*** ***I hope you all are doing fine amidst of the shortcomings and uncertainties we may feel day by day. Always remember that a positive life is a happy life. ✨*** I attended school for 14 years and of course I learned a lot. School stuffs and all. Improving once well being and character growth were taught as well, and its up to the student whether to take it seriously or not. And thought, learning only is turning around at school. Not unless, I became an employee. For two years and four months at the industry I am in, I learned a lot of things. More learnings. More realization. And one thing I learned and realized, there are several reasons why an employee stays on the company. ***An employee stays when they are;*** **PAID WELL.** Salary is the first thing we consider when applying for a work. And we even asked for our expected salary during our interview. Actually, in our company we do not have the biggest salary compared to other companies around, but I guess the amount is already enough to provide the employee's need and even the need of the family. And with being paid well, does not only mean the amount you received. Personally, it means as well the transparency why you got that certain amount, reason for some deductions, and the timely release of the salary which I do not have any complain with the company I have. In our end, we do not experienced any delay of our pay. When it says, at the 10th and 25th of the month that will really be on that day. And that I can say we are ***paid well.*** **VALUED**. I guess aside from being paid well, being valued is one of the best feeling to have in a company you are working with. Because who would not want to be valued? We have this survey in our end every second Monday of the month that is raised to the CEO of the company. On that survey, we can raise all our concerns. Everything. When I say everything, it can be about your salary concern, your complain about your supervisor, and the like. Just everything. And what's good thing, as I observed all the concerns raised were realized. It just shows that our company truly is an employee centered that ***listens to the voice of the majority.*** **APPRECIATED**. This as well is one of the main reason why an employee stays. It is such a good feeling that whatever you do that helps the company will be appreciated. A simple thank you will do. But the company is doing more. And it shows on the incentives we received. And that how we continue to performed well as we can see that we are being appreciated. ***That the effort we make made an impact and not put into waste.*** **MENTORED.** Personally, this is what I like the most in the company. That they allot time to mentor the employees. We have this bridge in our end that if the employee will not meet the matrix to continue, aside from removing the right away from the account, they will be given a chanc and they will be mentored again. And that how I see that they gave importance to the employee. And mentoring them does not focus on how you do the work, but also they are mentoring you to improve your well being. ***Mentoring you in personal ways as well.*** *No company is perfect. But how they control this imperfection is what makes it perfect. I always wanted that most of the company will see their employees as the frontliners. That employees will be seen as the most important individual and will be compensated well. Will be treated well. And will be listened to. No works will be done without the employees. And as employees, we as well need to do the best we can do to help the company. Life as well is a win-win situation. What you do to others, will come back to you. A golden rule. But some employees leave their work, not because of the work that they are doing but because of the people around them, most especially if the boss have attitude. No matter how good or how nice the benefits they are receiving, if they have a "toxic" environment, they leave.
True. That is why they chose to leave kasi din di talaga maganda sa mental health.
You said it all.. Magtatagal lang ang employee kpg happy sya sa work and have all those things you mentioned above. Cguro pinakamatagal ko ay more than 3years 😅 napagod kya nag quit at naghanap ng mas mataas ang salary.. Lol
Kaya nga ate, hahanap naman kasi talaga tayo ng mas malaking salary kaya need talaga. Pero we are lucky enough pa din na nakatrabaho tayo sa magandang environment.
Yeah right. Pag yan talaga naibigay ng tama sa mga employees, mag-istay sila. Pero may times talaga na may mga hindi nakukuntento kaya di pa rin nagstay. Awts. And I agree with nalyn, having a toxic environment has a big possibility that the employees will leave.
Trueee. Pero sana di lang din magbago pamamalakad nila ay. Pero totoo din na may mga the toxic na katrabaho at bosses, which is not good kaya alis nalang if ever.
So truuue, sana! Kaya nga, alis nalang talaga kesa maapektuhan pa mental health.
Sana all ganyan ang employers dba, ung tinitingnan kapakanan ng employees nila.. Unfortunately, not all ay ganyan kaya kawawa ung ibang tao talaga. God bless on your endeavors sis!
Sana all talaga ate. Yung employee centered. Pero yung nga po e, hindi lahat ganito. Yung iba masyadong toxic kaya umaalis din at hanap ng iba. Thanks ate.
If sana lahat yan meron sa lahat ng company ano? Yong lahat ng worker mararanasan yan. Ee di worth it sana yong pagod nila. Surely mas mamomotivate pa yan sila na ayusin ang trabaho nila. Yong kahit mapagod talaga ee okay lang may maganda nang naghihintay for them at the end of the month. Meron kasi wagas din mang gantso ee tsk.
Trueeeeee mag stay talaga if ganito yung set up. Yung hindi toxic yung environment. Tas yung mga bosses is apaka humble. Pero may mga ano talaga, pero mas madami pa din yung mababait.
Having all those in your company means they know that their employees are their biggest assets. Maganda yan sis

I also like to experience to enter to work society. Siguro like what you said, masarap sa pakiramdam yung naapreciate yung mga gawa mo and hindi lang mga gawa mong naitutulong mo sa company kundi pati na din yung sarili mo, naaapreciate ka ng ibang tao. Siguro if diko tinanggihan yung alok ng kaklase ko dati na mag work sa mcdo, may experience na din ako sa work. Hays pero dahil din dito sa sitwasyon natin talaga hindi ko kayang mag work natatakot akong magkasakit 🥲 Btw, thank you mare sa pagshare ng experience mo sa pagwowork sa company like this. Namotivate akong mag work kapag okay na talaga lahat.
Working is really another wonderful experience. Never ko din niexpect na magkakawork ako agad after school, which I am thankful naman. Soon mare, maeexperience mo din and it will be worth it.

True. Actually ang kahawaan lang gyud sa among end is sweldo. Pero for sure mag improve ra na soon.

True. Though may mga imperfections talaga, pero they are trying to correct it naman din kaya worth it pa din pag stay ko.

I couldn't agree more. Number one is the best for me and next is if the working environment is welcoming and not toxic. Give that to the employees and you would have a lot working for you for how many years.
I wanted to apply for a job so badly ate but I doubt if I can manage my time hihi. 😅 Pero hopefully, if ever man maka job ko, unta maayung jud akong boss hihi
Right now I am desperately finding a job because my mom is pregnant and I must Play my role as the eldest, hayst thanks for this ma'am ive got to know what to consider when seeking for a job.
