Why Do Employees Leave Their Job? November 22, 2022 Okay, let me start by asking you some questions. Do you have a job? If yes, Are you even happy with your job? Is your job right now, your dream job? Happy or not with your job, I may say that you are still lucky. A lot of people when Covid19 hit us were not that lucky enough because they lost their job, since a lot of business were affected during that time. Having a job is important to us, it is the source for us to be able to buy the things we need in order to survive. If you are going to ask me if I am happy with my job, I will answer, "It depends on my mood" or it depends when my job is stressful or not. There are times that I love what I am doing but there are also times wherein I am planning to resign and look for another job but it did not happen. I hate it when I have lots of tasks to be done. I hate it also when they are putting lots on pressure to me to finish this and that, that sometimes it will come to the point that I do not know where or what to start. Some people chose to stay in their work even though they are not really happy. There are also lots of reason if why do employees leave / stay. ***What are some reasons if why do employees leave?*** **1. They leave because there is no longer growth / personal development.** **2. Some people leave not because they do not want their job but because of their workmates.** Sometimes it is not the job the makes an employee be stressed but co-workers do. In my first and current job, it is not only once that I planned on quitting my job. I still remember during my third or fourth month, I already started on quitting. Why? Because on my third month in the company, the officer of the other department wants me to be part of their department, since my supervisor that time is not that powerful versus to the person who wants me on their department, I have no choice but to leave my current department. Since I am new in that department, it is just normal to always ask right especially when you are not sure if what you are doing is correct or not and as a new employee, I am afraid of doing mistakes. I have a co-worker there, same position but she's just ahead of maybe 5 years to me, she got pissed off because I always ask her. That time, the officer in charge in our department is currently out because it is lunch time, then there - my co-worker had the chance to give a highvl voice on me and told me, "Ano bang problema mo?", Of course, I can not understand, that is why I am asking, and what I already ask, I am not asking it again since everything that they are teaching, I always see to it that it's on my head now. So, what I am asking is just a new encounter for me and she got pissed. I hate her so much for that. And with that scene, I walked out! Charot! I already had my early lunch break, all I did was to cry because I was hurt and how dare her to speak to me that way. I still remember that I called my mother that time telling her that I want to resign. Haha. Being a new emoloyee is never easy, there are a lot of adjustments to be made. The funny thing here is, who would have thought that at my third month in the company planning on resigning is already 6 years in her job. **3. Some employees leave because they feel that the company do not give importance.** Some company / employers do care about the input of their employees work. All they want is the company to be managed well without them seeing to it if their employees who gives a lots people a work. Years ago, I have a workmate who fainted because she was the one who is in charge in checking the boxes that is being loaded in a truck bound to branches, instead of them checking if the employee is okay, they first asked if the stocks / items were okay. If they really care about the employee, they should have checked on her first. **4. Low Salary** Some employers only care about the output, profit, and everything that is always in favor for the company but what about those employees that without them, the company will not be that successful. Yes, employees do have salaries but sometimes you can feel if it is not enough with all the efforts, kind of job that you have. **5.Change of Career** Some people leave their job to find something new. They may love their current job but their heart and passion is not really the job that they have right now. There are a lot of reasons if why do people leave their job, but before doing that, think of it very well because it is difficult to find a job. Yes, there will always be a job vaccancy bu always remember that there are a lot of people hunting for a job, you have a lot of competitors. If you have a job right now, as long as you are happy and contented, you are more than lucky. As of now, I have plans in choosing for another work to have some improvements with my salary. I want a higher salary since we know for a fact that the inflation right now is not that funny anymore. All the costs of everything keeps on increasing and increasing. Hoping that one day I will be lucky enough to find a job that pays higher than what I am receiving in my current work.

I've been using gomo sim for almost 2years. Well, mas nakakatipid eto saken since walang expiration at madalang lang naman ako gumamit ng data. Sakto naubos kagabi data ko at ngayon na 11.11 is may papromo sila. Usually nasa 299 ang 30gb pero 269 nalang ngayon. May 30 pesos din na na-save kahit papaano 😅

Inflation Gives Me Headache November 01, 2022 Before I start, let me first define if what does inflation mean. **Inflation** is the general increase of cost / prices of goods and services in a period of time in an economy. As we all know, the inflation during this time (year 2022) is not that good news. The number one goods that keeps on increasing and increasing this year is the gasolines / diesels. There are even times where the increase of the gasolines happens every week. The price started to increase during the conflict between Ukraine and Russia. And if you are going to compare the price now versus today, it's been doubled. With inflation, our value of money decreases. With this case, we need to more money to buy something since a lot of goods costs' increased. I know, every Filipino here knows the famous commercial with a tag line: **"SAAN AABOT ANG TWENTY PESOS MO?"** -*Cornetto* As we all know, a cornetto ice cream only costs Php20.00 for how many years but if we can take a look at it now, for the year 2022, we can no longer buy a piece of cornetto with Php20.00 because right now, it already costs for about Php25.00 each. This scenario is one good example of inflation. Yes, here in the Philippines, some places / provinces started to have a salary increase including me. But for me, as an employee who also been benefited with the salary increase, I can not even enjoy the salary increase due to the reason that price of commodities also went up, that is why I just can not appreciate the increase of my salary. Reason that a lot of people do not appreciate this salary increase is that, align with that, almost every price of the commodities that we need also increase. I can appreciate my salary increase more if none of the commodities increased. In order to decrease your monthly payment in bills of water and electricity, first we should know for to conserve energy. When no one is watching, turn of the television. Use a glass when brushing your teeth, etc. Conserve as much as possible in every small move that you can because it help a lot. As an employee (accounting assistant) working in a retail / merchandising business, I encounter a lot of items that has a price / unit cost increase, every week, there are always be an item that has increased its unit cost. Majority of items' unit cost that was increased are milks. I won't mention brands but then again majority of unit costs of milks were increased. To those who are breastfeeding their child serves a big help on them because they can no longer need money to buy milk. Inflation is inevitable, what we can do is to save, do not buy things that doesn't feeling right. We can also add another source of our income if we think we need more money to survive this kind of scenario. *Lahat nagsisitaasan na ang presyo ng pangangailangan sa bahay, mga crypto nalang talaga ang hindi*, patiently waiting for the bullrun.

Red Flags 🚩 October 28, 2022 I already have an article about this, if I am not mistaken, it was last year. First, let me expalin to you first if what does it mean when we say "red flags." Well red flags are danger signs or warning signs in a romantic relationship. For those who are single or would like to enter in a relationship, you should first know about this red flags. This article is also good for those who are now in a relationship, for them to evaluate if they are encountering this or had encounter it. So, how will we know if it is a red flag. **It is a RED FLAG when:** **1. The relationship is rushed** If you are both aware that entering into a relationship is not yet the right time but you both insisted to have it. For example, both of you are still studying or one of you is still studying but then there is an agreement with your parents that you should not enter in to a relationship while studying but you insisted to have it and decided to keep it a secret relationship. It is love at the wrong time and if it is not the right time then it will never be right, no matter how much you love each other. **2. Being kept** Private relationship is very far from a secret relationship. Why will you need to hide your relationship from people? Having a boyfriend or girlfriend is not a sin, being in a relationship is something we can be proud of, why? because we know that there is always a person who loves us with who we are. If someone you love asked you to keep your relationship secret but always tell you that he / she really loves you, do not believe it, do not fall over the sweet words that he / she tells you. Always remember that actions speak louder than voice. Keeping a relationship secret for me is giving me an idea that the one who initiated to keep it a secret is not proud to have him / her and that hurts. Because when you love someone or being loved by someone, we should be proud of them. If you do not want that a lot of people will know about your relationship, then keep it private, not secret. Keep it private in a way that only your families know about it and your friends and someone who are close to you is enough. **3. Your partner manipulates you** If your partner always dictates you what to do then does he / she really loves you for who you are? It is something like you are always doing a favor for him / her right? It is like, he / she just chose you because everything he / she says is you kept on following it too. If he / she does not let you do things that you want which you think is not even a bad thinf to do then think twice, a person who loves you will always support you on good things that you want. **4.No future plans for the both of you** A guy when in love will always have you in his dreams about the future. He will always include you in every plans / decisions that he will make. He always used the word "we" or "us" instead of "I" or "me" when making decisions. ***Red flags are signs to protect / prevent us from being hurt and we should be always aware about signs that we are receiving.*** So proud to myself because I made an article for this morning. She's Single Not Because... but Because... She's single not because no one wants to offer love to her but because she doesn't still have the energy to reciprocate the feelings that the other person has for her. She's single not because she doesn't believe in love but because love for her is a precious and a serious thing and believes that once she played with it, it will backfire on her in the future. She's single not because she doesn't want to be hurt because of love but because she once believed in love but it ended up breaking her and that caused her to protect herself even more from those people who just want to take advantage on her. She's single not because she is weak to handle a relationship but because she's strong enough to leave a relationship wherein respect is no longer there. What matters to her right now is to have a PEACE OF MIND. She's single not because she doesn't have time for love but because she understands that love has its own perfect timing, there's no need to rush because she believes that it will come no matter how long the waiting time is, she's just trusting the process: "LOVE AT THE RIGHT TIME, AT THE RIGHT PLACE FOR THE RIGHT PERSON" She's single not because she doesn't know how to love but because she loves herself so much to the extent that she built walls around her and she'll only let her guard down when she finally see the man she deserves. She's single not because she's still hurting but because she's been HEALED, finally REALIZED HER WORTH and settling for bare minimum will not be part of her choices this time. It's just she's really having a difficult time to find a man who will truly deserves her. She's single not because she doesn't have any choice but because she chooses single life this time to be able to concentrate more on herself for now. She's single not because she has a very high standard when it comes to choosing a partner but because she wants her next relationship to be her last that is why she's taking her time She's just making it sure not to make a mistake again this time. Not because she's single right now would mean that she will be forever single but she just promised herself to stay single not until she'll find that right man who's worthy enough for the love that she has to offer. But for now, she's still having a difficult time in trusting people again, that's why if you really want her in your life, before you finally decide to enter her life, give her lots of assurance and please make it sure that you have clear intentions because all that she can offer is her pure heart to the person she will finally choose. She promised herself that once she already find "THE ONE," she'll give love another shot without any hesitations. Always Choose To Be Kind October 22, 2022 People always tend to fake their facial expressions / emotions to other people in order for them to look like as if everything is okay. Well, if you are also going to ask me if wjat if there are moments in my life when I am feeling down, will I fake what I really feel insidw when I am with other people? Of course, my answer will be YES. **Why will I fake my emotions / what I feel with everyone?** I will choose to fake my feelings to avoid lots of questions from people around me because one of the most difficult thing to do is to explain to them why I actually feel, knowing that they can not really feel if what was it that was in my mind. Explaining the exact thing that I am feeling is really not that easy. And I do not want to elaborate how I am feeling because I do not want someone who is really close to me ( family, friends etc.) to worry about me. I am not comfortable being vulnerable around other people and also those who are close to me since I do not want to open something for them that I may look like pitiful. Being nice with someone, (whether you know him or not) is just as easy as one - two - three because who knows that that particular person maybe having something in his / her mind that is bothering him / her a lot. Problems will always be constants in our life, so there is a very small chance that someone we may meet do not have any problem at the moment. Always choose to be kind. There is nothing wrong in being kind to everyone else except also for those people who have done you wrong ( ibang usapan na yan) Always choose to be kind, not because you see a person who always smiles a lot and may seem that he / she do not have any problems at all will always mean that they are really happy. Lots of people are fighting their own silent battles alone. **Watch out with the words that are coming through your mouth** A tongue does not have a bone but it may break someone due to the words that are coming out from it. Choose the right / not harsh words in communicating with someone. Have some respect to them no matter who do you think is right when in an arguement or when just be simply talking to them. **Would you be rather be kind or right?** I will choose to be kind than being right because anyone can be right but not everyone has the ability to be kind. Attitude is always be the number 1 thing that we admire to people. Choose to be kind and with that you will always be right. Fighting silent battles are never easy because it is always be your own self who is in charge of fixing your own battles. People suffering silent battles have difficulties in dealing with their problems because they can not tell their problems to anyone. That is why we need to be kind. We do not know what is happening is someone's life now.

Closure October 19, 2022 Did you ever experience being in a relationship wherein you thought he / she is really the one for you but it turned out that your relationship will just end and will not last? So, how did you end your relationship? Did you both talk about it or it's just that the other person just started not talking to you (ghosting) Lots of relationships nowadays keeps on ending because the other person is not loyal with his / her partner or some were just being tempted with lots of temptations outside. With all the kinds of reasons if why couples do break-ups, I guess what hurts the most is that some people even just left their partners without even saying a word. With their partners without idea if what had happen. **Is closure really important in ending a relationship?** In my point of view, having a closure is really important for the both of you to be able to move forward right after the break-up. But it will always depends on the situation. It will always be a case to case basis. Some relationships need a closure and some will no longer need to have it depending on what had happen. **Relationships that need a closure:** A relationship will need a closure when there is no toxicity in the relationship or should I say that the reason of their parting of ways is because they realized that they are not meant for each other because of lots of differences and both wanted it to just end. **Relationships does not need a closure when:** The other person was caught cheating. Of course, there is no need to explain if why did the other person did that. The other party chose to cheat because he / she do not respect the partner. When there are a lots of negativity surrounding your relationship. *There is nothing to fix about.* One situation will also be, when the other party chose to be with someone else. Closure is not needed in this, simply because upon logic, no person will leave his / her partner for another person if he / she really loves the person whom he / she is in a relationshop with. **Disadvantages of No Closure** Having no closure means, the person who will be left will start overthinking. Lots of questions will be left unanswered in his / her mind. There will be no improvements in their next relationships. It is expected that both parties should talk and tell the other person the things if why did the relationship did not workout. Elaborate those things that needed to be improve so that if both of them will have their own relationship again, both will correct their past mistakes in their past relationship. The person who was left behind will cause him / her trauma. The person who was left behind will less likely will want to be in a relationship again because of what had happened in his / her past. **Advantages of Having a Closure:** The reason of the break-up is clear for the both of you. Yes, I know that maybe there will always be a "*sama ng loob*" with one or both of them, atleast the process of healing and forgiving will be easier than the other one without a closure. There are still people who would still wanted to know the questions about "WHY" and there is nothing with that, They just wanted to know the answers so that they may be able to improve themselves in the future. It is never a sign of weakness asking that person for a closure but when you feel that the other person doesn't want to, well at this time, just remind yourself that "HAVING NO CLOSURE IS ALREADY A CLOSURE." Do not be afraid to love again in the future whether you had a closure with your past or not. What's important is, in the future, you will finally meet the one that is really meant for you. And for those people here who is planning to end their relationship, please inform / communicate with your partner, even though you do not have the courage to tell them, just please tell them why are you leaving. Do not leave them hanging and without a clue because it hurts like hell in having a break-up without any closure in ending relationships.

Single Coz Why Not? September 19, 2022 It's been a while since I publish my last article here. I am busy these past few days that is why I did not able to make articles. And I spend all my free time to have some rest. Obviously, this article are for those who are single 😅, so let me start with my article now. 🙃 Yes, I know, you are still single right now. Lots of dating apps have been made and some says that not having a "jowa" is already a sin (lol. Just kidding) For this time that all your friends are already in a relationship, all your taken friends pressure you to have one. Being single is not a sin, it is your choice anyway or maybe some has no choice since no one is approaching them if they will gonna be courted. Being single when you are now on your late 20's or early 30's is not a sin. You know what is more sinful?, from the moment that you entered into a relationship when you are still not ready. It is not right to force someone you love to love you back. It is not right to be in a relationship when you know that they are just having fun, or they just want to be in a relationship just because they just want it to, without any clear purpose about the future. Everyone must keep in mind or I wish everyone has this on their mind that they should not date someone just because they want to have one but because they want it to last long, they want it to be long term or they can see their future to the person they are dating. To all the person who is in a relationship that know someone who is single, please stop pressuring them to be in a relationship or stop asking them if why are they still single. You do not know what kind of pressure you are putting unto them with just that simple issue. Some people may start questioning themselves if why is it that until now, no one still finds them attractive or no one still wants to court them. Some single person out there will doubt themselves and will start questioning themselves if is there something wrong about them, or are they not beautiful enough to experience the joy of having someone in their life who loves them dearly. ***You are what you are right now for a reason,*** the best way to avoid negativities is to ignore the fact that you are not in a relationship. You are already whole, so that you must not feel who are incomplete. Having a boyfriend / girlfriend will not completely complete you rather you must compliment each other. There are lots of reason why people are still single and they are not required to explain to you one by one those reasons that they have but let me give you some ideas if why are they single now 1. They got no choice or maybe this is their choice - to stay single. 2. Maybe they've been hurt a lot with their recent relationshio and does not still have the courage to give love another shot. 3. Not yet ready / not their priority. Maybe they are still focused in their career that they want to be successful first before entering into a new relationship. 4. Maybe because their parents are strict enough that they still need to finish school before having a girlfriend / boyfriend (for those teenagers) 5. Some are still single because they still have a lot of responsibilities to be fulfilled in their family, in short they are breadwinner. 6. Some are still single maybe because they still do not know how to love, do the point that they can not aprreciate their own self. Because before you can love someone, you first should love yourself in order to give another person a love. To all single out there, let's turn our singlehood in to something positive because being single is not negative. Give yourself this time to prepare yourself for the person that the Lord will give to you. Love yourself self, fix yourself, make sure you are whole agan. Your worth as a person should not be define by your singleness. Stop comparing your single life to other couples. You are just making your situation worst or you will just end up hurting yourself if you continue to compare yourself to others. Everything has its own perfect timing, learn to wait for your perfect timing. Good things come to those who patiently waits. Never rush things, it makes waste. Learn to wait, wait and wait.

Feeling Left Behind September 4, 2022 Months ago, the company that I am working with conduct a seminar with regards to stress. One of our activities was to group ourselves into 5 persons and share if what are the things that causes our stress. At first, I can not think of something that causes me stress, except for work. But isn't it not good to share it to them since we are working in the same company? So I did not tell anything because I can feel that I am not totally stressed about anything. Not until as my groupmates share if what causes them stress, I already figured out if what is it that causes me sometimes - it is I am feeling left behind. I am feeling left behind in terms of what my batchmates already achieve in life, some of them already owns a car, some have their house and lots, some of them have a nice job. I know that some of my batchmates are earning twice or thrice compared to what I have. I only feel sad when I start comparing myself to others but as much as I could, I am trying not to think that way because I will end up feeling pity about myself but almost all of the time I am contented on what I have. If sometimes I feel pity about myself when I compare myself to others, on the other side - sometimes this situation pushes me to do more, to be better, not to be better than anyone else but to be better than my past / current self. Sometimes, I think of ways on how to achieve more, or to earn more. This past few days, I am thinking about putting up a small business, I know that putting up a business is a great idea but sometimes it causes me stress because I can not come up with an idea if what I am going to sell in my "small business." At first I have the idea of being a seller in shopee but upon doing my own research on what are the process, I ended up not pushing it through. WHY? because according to the vlog that I watched, the seller will now be the one who will provide his / her own waybill when in fact, originally, some delivery services are the one who provides it and knowing that printers are pricey, I came to think of it that it is not feasible for me. Since I am a start-up, I should only invest first at a low capital and for the printers?, Oh well, I can not afford that. I also thought about being a blogger into a vlogger. At my first months here in this platform, I am eaning money well but there are times that I have a hard up thinking about a topic that is why I am no longer writing. I only write when I have come up with nice topics and sometimes I can not produced one because I am tired in my work that instead of my composing articles, I chose to rest first because having a work sometimes makes us tired. And here I am thinking about vlogging. I already made a youtube channel and is already planning if what my channel's content. I am hoping that it will accomplish the requirements to be monetized. Back to our topic. Yes, everyone of us have something that stresses us but we all the different attitudes on how to overcome it. No matter how our style is, always learn to overcome them. As what we often say or hear, "Life status is never been consistent, sometimes you are okay and sometimes you are feeling down. Whenever you are down, do not see the situation as a punsihment but see to it as a great opportunity to grow - to be better. Life is not always being happy, because we can not appreciate happiness when we do not know the feeling of being sad. Whatever it is that you are going through, help yourself to get through it as the saying goes, "Do your best and God will do the rest." Just keep on going, no matter what.
