Thieves on the road (EP #3)

Our goblin came out of the square and after buying a few sweets that were of his preference, like apples full of golden crabs, that was a delight for any goblin who respected himself, because the flavor he had was very delicious.

He tasted on his tongue the sweet and sour taste of the snail larvae, this is something that our goblin friend, in particular, made him all the delights every day, so after acquiring a basket with about seven apples of this type, that he bought from a character who was dressed like a surgeon, he had a kind of medical cap with a lamp that had a patch on top that resembled the symbol of a email sent, that lamp lit all the apples and threw the shout all over the market of:

• "Apples for goblins, apples for goblins, take them, offer 50% to the first goblin who approaches"

And then our dear character quickly ran to approach the
stand and take advantage of the offer.

• Give me a basket please, that they are juicy and very fresh.

He immediately said to the shopkeeper.

The shopkeeper took a kind of mechanical arm that controlled with his right hand, and was taking each of the golden apples and placing them in a bamboo basket, which was curiously woven by a mechanical artifact that he was taking, with one arm the bamboo sticks and he was processing them in long ribbons, that he was then interlacing forming this basket to place the apples.

Our goblin paid the import for the purchase and headed towards the road, it was a bushy road full of constructions that were rather like ruins, let's say quite curious with an Asian style, it gave the appearance of being traveling through an ancient continent of China or Taiwan, in front of each side of the road, there was some kind of pagodas with some tears that fell in the form of drops of golden water, it seemed more like lava or perhaps liquid gold that shone on all parts of the road.

It was already about seven o'clock at night so this road was not a very safe place to cross, but our goblin was an adventurer expert and this was what worried him the least, he started his way until he found some kind of stairs that gave way to another section of the road and through this place, the cart that our friend was carrying could not pass, these stairs had never been seen before in this place, so he immediately presumed that something was happening, something abnormal that was not common.

He immediately thought that the safest thing was that he was facing thieves on the road, he had just thought of this and immediately presented to him five figures tied with long swords that seemed to appear from the air, the figures fell from the sky, they have trapped ninjas with Katanas, willing to take our goblin's life. The one who looked like the leader of these thieves stood in front of our goblin and said:

• If you want to pass you have to pay the tax.

• What tax or what nothing! I am not going to pay anything! - said the goblin

Then the four ninjas and their leader began to attack, and a fierce battle began to be released.

Our goblin took out a claw that was twice as long as its size and began to hit the heads of each of the ninjas, the ninjas threw some shurikens that were evaded with masterly grace by our adventurer, it seemed that our goblin had a lot of agility and this was a fact, the ninjas fell one by one until in the end, the boss was under the feet of our goblin asking for mercy, our goblin told him :

• Now I will be the one who takes all your belongings

And then he managed to extract a bag with 20 silver coins that the ninja had and a few healing herbs, in addition to extracting the symbol that he had stuck on his kimono, which was the symbol of the clan, it was a symbol that had some little bags that he had never seen before, some yellow colored bags, and they had a red dot in the middle.

At the moment of extracting from the kimono this symbol, the ninja immediately disappeared as if it were a spectrum or something strange.

Our goblin would have to find out what it was or what it was about this type of enchantment or magic, it was something that for the first time he saw so his first thought was to go to the closest town that was the town of "coffee mate" to ask about these outcasts, and do the respective investigation.

So without further ado, he decided to solve the problem of being able to go through these steps. For this, he built some boards that he placed diagonally on these types of stairs, and they took him to pass his cart, that with great effort managed to climb these seven or eight stairs.

And thus he started his path that was about two hours from the town, not without first complaining and complaining about these damn ninja thieves.

• He believed they were going to be able to deal with me!, a goblin as experienced as me could not afford to be scammed and stolen in this way!.

And took out one of the apples, and enjoyed it while he was dragging his cart along the rest of the road.
