The sacred world is something that I have been enthusiastic about for many years and of course, I cannot ignore the fact that I stop talking to the most important and well-known figure in this area, as they have served as the basis of all that is occultism today.

I plan to make several installments because there are many crucial characters and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

It will be a quick review of each one clarifying what stands out the most and what matters most about their business.

And let's start then!

Aarón The Hellenist

Polifemo

He lived in the time of Emperor Miguel Commeno.

He ensures you that he had under his command some armies of demons through the "Clavicle of Solomon".

He was also dedicated to necromancy, validating the opinion that he found in his room upholstered in black, where he devotes himself to his operations the corpse of a man, with chained feet and the heart penetrated by a nail.

For this and other scandals, he was peeled alive after having his tongue cut out (What a way to die and how sadistic they were in those times).

He is the author of a very strange volume entitled "the creamy red magic of the natural or divinatory occult sciences".

Abam o Aponio

Abam

Memorable astrologer, philosopher, and physician, born in 1250.

They say that he was the most skilled magic of his time, he amassed the knowledge of the seven liberal arts through seven familiar spirits that he kept locked in a glass vial, and "ainda mais", pocket all the money he had spent (a real magician).

Tormented as a heretic and sorcerer, it is very likely that if he had lived until the day of the trial, he would have perished burned alive, how he did in a statue after his death, what happened at 70 years your age.

He translated into French "the magical works of Agrippa".

Adalberto The kabbalist

Kabbalist who wanted to guess the future and know more hidden ideas just by staring at people.

He alleged to have received a letter from our Lord Jesus Christ that Saint Michael had given him, conceived as follows:

"In the name of God: here begins the letter of our Lord Jesus Christ who fell in Jerusalem and was found by the archangel Saint Michael, and read and copied by the hand of a priest named John, who sent another to Jeremiah's village priest named Thalasius, and Thalasius sent her to Arabia to another priest named Leoban, that he sent her to the village Betsamia, where she was received by the priest Macario, who sent her to the mountain of the holy archangel Michael, and through the mediation of an angel the letter of arrived at the Villa Roma after having watched three days and fasted and prayed night and day ... "

Their followers were taught the following prayer: my lord almighty, father our Lord Jesus Christ, alpha and omega who are on the sovereign throne and reign over the cherubim and seraphim and over the Angel Uriel, the Angel Rachel, the Angel Gabriel, the Angel Michael, the Angel Ignias, the Angel Tahiras, the Angel Sumel and Angel Saboath, I pray and I conjure you to grant me ... ".

Adalberto ended his days in prison and I have no information why.

Agrippa (Enrique Cornelio)

Agrippa

Physician and philosopher one of the wise men of his time.

He was born in Cologne in 1486 and died in 1583 after a hazardous existence in the home of the general receiver of Grenoble.

His talent was the origin of his tragedy, he was too educated for his time, indicting him of witchcraft and more than once he was forced to flee to escape the wrath of an ignorant mob, that attributed several absurdities to him.

Demoniacs say that he can only be presented at night like an owl because of magical horror, and not a few historians claim that on his travels he paid his guests with very strong and good money apparently but within a few days it was exchanged into pieces of shell or leather horns.

While he was teaching at Louvain, he pertains I know that one of his disciples reading a book of conjurations was advocated by the evil spirit and fearing Agrippa who is supposed to be the one who had killed him, ordered the devil to enter the body of the deceased and go around the public square ten or 8 times before leaving him. The evil one obeyed and the young man fell lifeless before the crowd and his death passed through sudden death.

Agrippa was so skilled, that coughs and crooks consume eyes, he seized treasures that many brave captains could not win with the noise of their weapons and the fury of their combats.

He composed a work of occult philosophy that earned him the animosity of the fools, some of whom subjects of eminent rank managed to expel him from Flanders, where he could never re-enter.

After traveling to Italy, I went to where and finally to Lyon, where without being able to use all the possible means to live wagging the best that he could with the tip of his cane but did not earn either that he died finally collecting alms in Grenoble, hated by everyone and detected as a cursed wizard because they claimed that he repeatedly carried the devil in his company in the form of a black dog.

Alberto The big one

Alberto

Also called Alberto the Teutonic, Alberto de Colonia, Alberto de Regensburg, "Alberto Grotus", Dominican sage placed in the number of the blessed by the Dominican bishop of Regensburg.

He was born in the Sauvia de Lawigen, on the Danube, in the year 1205 and they say that he was the weirdest man of his century.

From a very frugal talent in his youth, he became one of the greatest doctors of his time, and as you grew aged he returned to his old stupidity, which gave him room to say: "what was transformed from donkey to philosopher and from philosopher to donkey".

Add that pessimism in his early studies by how hard of his wits he saw in his dreams to the holy virgin who opened her eyes after which she became an eagle and knew how much she could know: "ac totum scibile scivir".

He died in Cologne at the age of 87 and his works were printed in 21 folio volumes published in 1651 by the Dominican Pedro Jammi.

He credits making a book of "wonderful secrets".

According to some, he worked on the philosopher's stone.

Mayer It says that Santo Domingo discovered it and that those to whom they had left it communicated it to Alberto the great who with this means paid his debts and gave the secret to his disciple Saint Thomas of Aquino.

Alberto had a stone on which a snake was marked, which they achieved the virtue that if it was hung in a place frequented by a snake it would attract them all(And here we see how they come up with the movie idea for Harry Potter.)

A distinguished magician and skillful astrologer, Albert the Great made an automaton endowed with words that served as an oracle and to solve all the questions that were proposed. I spent 30 years building it with select metals and under the influence of the stars. I call if this automaton "android of Alberto the great" and Saint Thomas Aquino his disciple, annihilated him by beating him for believing that he was a work or an agent of the devil.

Of course, in those times people were very firm in their beliefs and these things were very delicate.

I hope this second part of the installment of my history of magic series is to your liking.

For this and other scandals, he was peeled alive after having his tongue cut out (What a way to die and how sadistic they were in those times). :::::::::: The truth is that it is difficult to determine who was more sadistic? Those who removed their skin... Or the one who lived with a dead man in chains and a pierced heart!

Of Polyphemus I remember being a cyclopean giant, he was intoxicated by Ulysses and then burned his eye with a club! It is written. To guess, is to imagine rightly!

It remains interesting to read you.

Some difficult but very interesting times! I find it fascinating to live in the da Vinci time of all these geniuses. Although I am sure that I would like them as a heretic or something similar for my idea. Thank you for your great comment friend always supporting me !. And and I will do a series of these articles because I have a lot to comment on.
