"Black Cloud" was the name by which the king of thieves was known. He had an organization with many members, close to the 60 most skilled thieves in the entire colony. He wasn't aware of what they were doing, so he showed trust to each of his minions that way.

But it didn't take long for problems to arise. Running such an organization required investment in resources, like paying informants to tell you what the other organizations were up to and whatnot. The minions began to take advantage of the fact that they had no supervision to try to set up their own business systems and their own organizations. This began to create a destabilization of order, and the organization began to become lawless, with everyone just doing whatever they wanted.

"Black Cloud" decided to put letters in the matter. The first thing he did was establish the payment of a monthly tax of 10% of all earnings, everything they took, everything they obtained. He also made it a rule that all minions signed a book each time they entered or left the clan. This way, he was going to be able to have control. At first, this caused great discontent among all the minions. The thieves did not want to accept the idea of ​​being supervised in this way, especially since they had been given the freedom to do as they pleased before. But little by little they realized that this system worked, because "Nube Negra" began to improve the lair's facilities by placing security cameras, thick metal doors with individual bars that prevented easy access by enemies, and turrets with machine gun weapons. that guarded the entrance to the underground lair. The minions realized that these measures, these restrictions, allowed these shared resources to maintain balance and balance.

The moral of all this is that even the most generous freedom requires some structure and authority to avoid chaos. In this case, the restrictions are necessary to carry out any project.
