Kidney is an important part of our body. The kidneys and the brain are the most vital organs in our body. We all know that the kidneys remove all the waste products from our body.

Kidney acts as a guard in our body and keeps our body free from enemies.

We know that at the end of all reactions a waste substance is created. In the same way, innumerable reactions take place in our body and at the end of these reactions waste products are produced. And those wastes are the enemy of our body. And one of the vital organs of our body, the kidney, works against that enemy.

• Most of our body wastes are mixed with blood. But that waste product cannot stay in the blood for long. This is because the kidneys filter the waste products through the filter system and expel the impure substances with the urine.

• The kidneys produce a protein called erythroprotein in our body which is very important and vital for our body.

• The kidneys maintain the balance of all the chemicals in our body so that our body does not have more or less of sodium, potassium, chlorine, carbon or nitrogen. Which are more or less capable of causing our death as a result of our presence.

Kidney regulates our body temperature. The strategy to control our body temperature is to maintain the amount of water in our body. And our body water plays a special role in maintaining our body temperature. If you drink too much water, the kidneys will excrete excess water from your body through urine. Again when you live in a desert area or live in a coastal area you cannot drink enough water. But in that case the amount of your urine is reduced by the kidneys and the body is holding the right amount of water.

There is also a lot of work that the kidneys of two small lemons have been working in our body 24 hours a day. That is why the kidneys are called the guardians of our inner body. Because we have the balance of the whole body through the kidneys.

Nephrologists usually try to solve kidney problems only through medication. On the other hand, urologists treat patients through surgery. Usually when a patient's kidneys stop working and their function is reduced, nephrologists treat it with medicine. On the other hand, when a patient has a kidney stone and it blocks the kidney duct, the patient is referred to a urologist for surgery.

One of the main problems of the kidneys is the cyst in the kidneys. If we have cysts growing in our kidneys, it is not a big concern for us. • Frequent urination is under pressure or urination is very low.

• Headache.

• Pain in lower abdomen due to urinary problems.

When your kidneys are about 90% damaged, you can understand these symptoms and it is difficult to understand the symptoms. However, sometimes the symptoms appear very quickly. Even if you do not show any symptoms, if you understand that you have kidney problems, then it is very important to get treatment from the beginning.

Swelling of the eyes or swelling of the whole body is another cause of kidney disease. If you notice that the color of your urine has turned red or the concentration of urine has become too high then you must understand that it is completely due to the failure of your kidneys. In addition to your stomach pain, you may also have a fever. Which is one of the significant symptoms of kidney disease. However, there is no correlation between the color of your urine and kidney disease. Because you can take different types of food which may change the color of your urine for the color of that food. This is normal.
