Keeping in shape these days may seem difficult due to our lack of movement, Dangerous eating habits and feeling boredom at home increase our amount of trips to the fridge and back, Each individual has its own way of dealing with boredom, Some people smoke, others drink, some get high on narcotics and cannabis, and some people eat a lot to feel like their doing something.
BOREDOM is the main reason for why we feel dependent on bad habits!
Here are some of the things you can do to keep fit.
Go on intermediate fasting, This means only eat on a window of 6 to 8 hours and fast for the rest of the day ( While fasting you can consume water, tea, or coffee with no sugar.
Raise your metabolic rate by increasing acidity in your stomach, Liquids with a PH of lesser than 5 will help your metabolism by breaking down glucose faster in your system, They also act ad dieretic which help improve your bowel movement, Coffee, green tea, lemon, and vinegar are some examples of food with high acidity.
Keep busy and fall in love with the process of doing the things you love and the result will follow you !!!
When you're busy you forget that you need it and therefore you won't eat as often, Commonsense right :)
Eat regulated meals and each time you must try to eat a lesser portion, Your diet must include protein, carbs, and greens, and good fats and possibly lesser refined sugar.
Finally, exercise consistently but set achievable goals, For instance, don't wake up one day and say I'm going to run for one hour non-stop, you may be able to do that but you won't enjoy it because your pushing yourself to the limit and your body doesn't want to go through the same process again and this is how you end up running once a month or every 3 months because your body and subconscious hate the process, Start with 5 min exercise and enjoy it, next day see how much you feel like exercising and exercise that much, The point is if you enjoy exercising you will do it consistently and the key to be successful at anything is to be consistent.
Lastly, Combine weight training with your cardio!
with weight training, you can burn an insane amount of energy and fat so it's important to do some weight training at least 2 times a week.
