Benefits of Eating Mango:

2. Aromatic mangoes also contain sufficient amount of mineral salts which strengthen the teeth, nails and hair of our body.

3. If you eat 100 grams of ripe mango every day, then the black spots on your face will be removed.

4. Ripe mango fiber is rich in vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants which helps in digestion. Mangoes are rich in enzymes that help our body break down protein molecules that help increase digestion.
